This post office overcharged me for a package shipped certified mail, in a wrong box making my documents that were very expensive and extremely important to send out with a important deadline to meet late to social security. When speaking to manager about the issue he refused to issue me a refund stating that they only were provided the shipping boxes they had and those in fact were the wrong boxes used by the associate to mail such documents certified mail according to USPS causing a major issue and my package to be re delivered to me and me having to spend more than $300 to get them copied and re-delivered to them the correct way using USPS in a envelope. USPS is telling me I must get my refund through the third party however the manger refuses. So im out my $50, and scammed my money and never returning here. Its horrible they put my life in jeopardy since these papers needed to be there early in the month and now are very late and social security would not take any notes to my account that this package was running late due to thier mistake. I should have known better but trusted them to know what they were doing when shipping items out.

On July 28th 2025 I went to the store to go do an Amazon return I purchased a box and was charged $6.50 for packaging and tape for Amazon returns is supposed to be free,. Today August 11th I went in there to see if I could get my $6.50 refunded back to me the guy that worked there k a b i r was extremely rude and was laughing like I was a child made me feel inadequate gave me the number to customer service which I called and was they were unable to assist me because the charge had nothing to do with Amazon it had to do with the UPS store so then I went back to the UPS store to tell them that customer service did not help me and for them to give me a number to somebody higher up in the store once again the young man k a b i r laughed in my face and actually called the police on me all I want is my $6.50 then he had the nerve to tell me that there's nobody in charge there's nobody higher up in the store just him I am extremely dissatisfied and will never go back to the store ever again and I recommend nobody else go there as well

I have been coming to this UPS Store on Flamingo (Store #0097) for over 10 years and have always received great service. Kabir is a young man working hard to make a living, and I’ve always found him to be polite, professional, and helpful with customers. The rest of the team here is also courteous and respectful, even when dealing with difficult situations.
I was in the store the day this incident happened to pick up my mail and witnessed it firsthand. The customer had shipped a large Amazon return, which requires a box—either the original box from home or one purchased in-store. UPS Stores are not responsible for providing free boxes or packing large items at no cost. While they may sometimes add tape to a small box as a courtesy, packing an oversized item in a $13.50 box is a service that requires a fee, and that is standard policy across all UPS Store franchises.
With today’s inflation, small businesses must follow these policies to keep their doors open. Returning days later over $6.50 and confronting staff is not reasonable. It’s similar to buying a bag at the grocery store—you wouldn’t expect to get your money back after using it.

Went to the day to try to get a refund cuz I was overcharged last week and I talked to k a d i r I guess that's a z I don't know how he wrote it down or why it looks like chicken scratch you told me to call the 800 number but at the Amazon has nothing to do with that cuz I had an Amazon return and I bought a box that I have a box in Rapid but that is not true all I need to do is buy a box because the Amazon return and his name is k a b i y I don't know what that is then he didn't have no supervisor he can talk to he said no all three of them in the store was just laughing like it's funny like it's nobody can help you like this ignore me like get out my store then they call security to remove me from what's the name is k a b i y as a security is a remove me from the store when I go outside and talk to security guard he doesn't know nothing and I'm all there all because $6.50 that I'm home I'm on my $6.50 from the UPS store on Flamingo store number 0097 you got kids up in there working I guess ain't nobody look like the over 25 customers thank you

Kabir Was so helpful he gave me so much help on the notary explained everything for me and help me through the process so well I am so glad that they offer services like notaries and passport photos, and register agents

I came in with a huge stack of Amazon returns and honestly felt bad because it was so many. Lay didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was a bother at all. She greeted me with a smile and handled each return quickly and efficiently, making sure every label was correct and that I got my receipts. She even helped me repackage a couple of items that I didn’t realize needed to be boxed up. Lay’s patience and professionalism really stood out and turned what could have been a stressful errand into a smooth experience. She’s wonderful at what she does.

The associates here always go above and beyond to help customers. Whether I’m dropping off a package or need help with paperwork, they are quick, knowledgeable, and always polite. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Been a mailbox holder since 1992 with them. Since these guys took over they have taking care of me much better if I have a heavy box they tell me let me take it out for you and walk it out to my car they been nothing but wonderful here. Would recommend them.to anyone in fact my son has a box.with them also.
