Also, the representative, Michelle, deserves a promotion or bonus, a gift card, something to commend her because her ability to be so cheery at 8am, I told her about my current life issues and she was a total human being about it, caring, empathetic with a solid view on life.

Most of my business with this place is my Amazon returns. Maybe 2-3 times a week. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. It’s like night and day between the old ownership and the new. From what I can tell is the new owners did nothing to the business other than change the attitudes of the staff for the better. Much better! Sometimes that’s all that’s needed.

They always make sure mail is there. The Staff are get and will always take care of you regardless what issues you may have and because they are so Great I have been with them about 18 years and will never change to another UPS Store regardless of the price they are charging me.
