They tried to charge my husband for a FREE Amazon return saying it’s 5$ for a label print out then proceeded to offer him a box and say it would be 20$, charging for something that is literally free through Amazon is theft/fraud just don’t offer it if printing a piece of paper is so inconvenient

The notary here was the sweetest. They communicated very well and helped me with my documents. Honestly it was a very good experience and they answered the phone quickly when I had a question. I didn’t have to wait or anything. They also answered all the questions I had in person. Thank you !

This is more about how management handles bad customers. I watched an employee get sent home for an overly rude customer, telling the employee to dig through the trash for a receipt paper or something pertaining to that and when the employee refused, it was world war 3. The employee matched energy of the lady: cussing at her, arguing, etc, now could it have been handled differently? Absolutely, but it was ridiculous as a customer to watch this and see the supervisor just stand there and listen to this happen. The supervisor is 7 feet away at most and hears the employee getting cussed out for 3 minutes and only steps in when the employee decided stand up for himself. The supervisor sent the employee home at the end of it, but this was poorly handled on many levels. Final note, management needs to handle these type of alterations better, don’t let your employees get disrespected right in front of your face and train your employees to walk away when it gets tense like that.

Couldnt been better service , lady was just rude !
Told her amazon didnt requested a QRCODE , and she said YES U NEED IT , hey !! .. i understand sometimes we have bad days , but couldnt been in a better mood , finally showed it to her , code was scanned and that was it !
Please lets make it easier if we are wrong by not providing what we need to return the item , i work in customer service every saturday outside in the heat , cold , rainy days , and i always show my customers a happy face , no matter what . Be nice to people the way you want em to be nice to you ! Be happy !! Life s beautiful !! Hope this makes you think a little bit ! ?

I've you this ups store several times and have always had a good experience until today. Staff was incredibly rude and inefficient, especially Alex, although the other staff member was also rude. Refused to give me their managers information so I can file a formal complaint. I will use a different ups from now on!

Just drove to this location because the hours say they are open until 6:30 PM online and they were closed when I got there just barely after 6 PM. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE FUEL DRIVING THERE FOR NO REASON WITH FUEL COSTS WHAT THEY ARE THESE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!
