Poor customer service. Young lady had to go ask someone else every question. In the end I was told they don’t accept UPS coupons and when I inquired “aren’t you UPS, I was told they are but they are a UPS store. Huh! When I asked where is the UPS I should go to, they said “Don’t know if there are any” , huh again! Nonsense. I did not want to pay 40.00 to ship a small paper package, and did not appreciate their refusal to suggest options. Went to USPS and shipped the same package for $19.00. Lesson learned.

I use a clothing recycling center. They send u bags (u pay for them) and they pay the postage. These ladies at this UPS are awesome. They help me get the QR code when this Boomer has scan problems They refer to them as happy bags basically they know how to help. I had previously gone to a different UPS about 2 blocks away and they couldn’t be bothered to help me. If u need UPS u want this store

This is the only location out of hundreds that charges $3 to print a label. Go to any other location and it’s free.

The staff and owners here are always very friendly and helpful. They asked if I would like to be a mailbox customer and I said I would definitely consider it. But for now, I will just continue to get their help with my shipping needs. Oh, and their notary services are very helpful. This is my go to place for just about anything print, ship, or legal document notarization.

1.) They won't store a credit card for renewal for mailbox, they must be banking on those late fees. 2.) I don't get much mail, so I don't come often, just tried to come for the first time in months and there's a closed sign on the door for remodeling. No email notice sent, no text alert sent, nothing. The young girls working the counter are always nice, but the new owner needs some business 101 lessons. 3.) The hours changing really sucks. I only picked this place years ago because it was one of the few that stayed open the latest. Now I'm stuck with my box here because there's no change of address for business, otherwise I wish I could just go to another location closer to me that's open later.
