Big shout out to Tano who made the packaging and info for my art shipment a breeze. Not only that, but what an awesome human being! And he wasn't just great with me, but I saw that Tano welcomed every other customer with such gusto and energy. Seriously, I'll be back and would recommend others for this location without skipping a beat. You rock!

From the moment we approached the door, we knew this wasn’t your average shipping errand. Before we even stepped inside, the manager, Tano, came out to help us with our heavy box—without us even asking. That simple act of kindness set the tone for what turned out to be the best customer service experience we’ve had in a long time.
As we entered, we were met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere was buzzing, not just with packages and logistics, but with community. It felt like the Cheers of UPS stores—other customers were greeted by name, jokes were exchanged, and you could tell this team truly knows and values the people they serve.
This locally-owned gem is tucked in an unassuming spot in the busy Trader Joe’s parking lot. It’s easy to miss—but trust us, once you’ve experienced the friendly, professional, and thoughtful service here, you won’t want to go anywhere else. Even though it’s further from home, it has officially become our new go-to.
Highly, highly recommend this UPS Store—not just for shipping, but for a reminder that great service and community still exist.

I went into the store to send a small package. I needed a sturdier envelope then what I had. Tano quickly got me what I needed. He was friendly and explained the process. Excellent customer service.

I absolutely love this location. Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful. I walk with a cane and when they see me coming someone always opens the door no matter what size package I have.The store always smell so so good.
