I visit this ups regularly to buy stamps, return Amazon and send packages. The store is ALWAYS clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve even had a notary signature there as well. There is a young man and lady there regularly to help me. Never any issues and so this is why I always stop by this ups store if I need anything. It’s right by Albertsons too so very convenient.

Hours on Google not matching actual hours and several times I have gone and they lock and close up earlier than they are supposed stay open. Lock the door even during posted hours as people are trying to walk in and then not even open the door when people arrive expecting the place to still be open because it’s within stated hours. It’s so frustrating to drive and arrive during hours they are supposed to be open and the door is locked.

During the busy Christmas season, I was able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. The store employee was friendly, helpful and efficient.

I went to do an amazon return and I was told if I wanted to print my label that they will not print it for me, but I can use their public computer at $1 PER MINUTE to print my own. What a joke! I laughed and left. I'll never be back to this location again.

Been going here for a few years, to ship various packages and boxes for family members. I drop Amazon returns here as well. I think the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is the easiest to get to & closest UPS Store location to home. I also go to other businesses in this shopping center.

Extremely rude customer service. My first job was at a UPS Store. I understand that each owner can choose what services they want to offer, but don't expect the customer to know what choices they have made. Will go out of my way not to come back to this location, even though I pass by at least once a week. Please do better.

No greetings. There is no cell service in the store either.
I was informed that I had to print off my label first. The guy at the counter gave me no solutions and just stared at his computer.
I went to a different UPS location and was offered multiple ways to print, email, etc..
