This store is great, for just $6.95 I was able to get an all inclusive but yet exclusive access to work as an employee of UPS for 5 minutes. The Hispanic lady was great, she showed me the inner workings of UPS and how to properly wrap a very big box, I also bought a piece of paper for $3.50, plus tax. I didn’t get to keep it though so I was a little upset about that, we used up all the tape I just bought too on the big box, it’s ok though.

It's always the same with this place and the hours they open late and close at whatever time they want... today is Saturday, it's 3:20 and it's already closed and the funniest thing is that online it appears that they are open and that they close at 5 pm.. returning something is a problem because they always want to charge you even when Amazon tells you that UPS will label and package your return for free

The Hispanic lady is horrible, every time I go to return something she wants to charge me for an extra box in addition to the original box that I already brought with me this last time I called Amazon customer service to ask why I had to pay for extra packaging for the return If I choose places where there is no packaging or label, it is not the first time that the same person wants to charge me money to return something that is totally free and the Amazon representative confirms that I do not have to pay anything to return the items. products. This Latina lady takes advantage of clients and overcharges them. It seems to me that she should not be in that position taking money from clients. I will not return to this location while that scammer is there.

Literally the worst customer service at this place. They also want to charge you 2$ for 1 piece of tape. Go somewhere else if you can.

Large sized Hispanic lady super rude and rolled her eyes at me when I said have a good day, all because she didn’t want to check if I sent the email, refresh the page is all I asked her to do and she got upset over that and gave me lots of attitude

Worst counter person I've ever used here. if I come here and she's here I will leave and go somewhere else. Couldn't find me on the system. Odd. misspelled my first name 4 times (i spelled it from the first) misspelled my last name and my niece's last name 4 times (i spelled it from the start) mocked my niece's name and apparently there is nothing other than 2 day shipping from ups now. Did you know that cause I didn't know that they only did 2 day shipping only or overnight.It was not boxed in front of me. God knows whether everything will be shipped. Guess I have to just live with the fact that she may or may not inlude all the items. Lessons learned. At least they were open.Almost forgot, She asked me for the addresses and as I was giving them to her kept Interrupting me to say, I've already got that. I've already got that. then when it came time to finally pay. She's saying, can you confirm everything on the screen? There's nothing on the screen so I'm waiting and finally I said. Where am I supposed to see this on the screen? Oh, it's supposed to be over here. yeah, just rethinking my original statement. There's other places to go beside the UPS on rainbow.

Where do I begin, the older Hispanic lady there today was outright unbelievable. I was beyond annoyed by your lack thereof, of little to none in customer service ?, and to charge people $2.00 for a PIECE of tape is absurd! They've purchased the whole roll at that amount. That's the least you can include since the gouging prices will shock your wallet. We get it, people need to be prepared however it wasn't so much your prices that are overpriced it's your stank attitude. I needed several papers notarized and you quoted me $15.00 a signature, I needed 7. If you can show me where it states that I may have paid it, even though I can't afford it but I need it like yesterday I've moved here from losing everything I have at this time. Decency just doesn't cost a thing, I pray that I never have to walk in that place ever again and like those poor souls before myself, that reviewed this establishment. It give the UPS brand a black eye in my most honest opinion you've been warned. Enter at your own risk, to the owner I'm not sure what etiquette can be taught or prodded into her, but my goodness. Either she's just downright hateful, or hates her job or both. Ma'am I'm sorry your feet hurt, I'm sorry that you missed your lunch time, I'm sorry that this is not your ideal career path. I'm more sorry to myself for having to endure that energy and alter my day. I wish you a better day tomorrow, if you be a tad bit nicer you may can absorb good energy into your life.
