Worst UPS store west of the Mississippi river. Slowest response time, no customer service skills, and takes FOREVER to perform simple transactions. I would enjoy delivering the packages myself than have to wait on these people to transact. Do not go to this location unless you have 30 minutes or more to kill.
In response to the business: it is a figure of speech. It means this is the worst ups store in the western half of the united states. Your location off of Eastern Ave, yes that is what i meant. Terrible.
