I have never been treated so rude. I always send a small packet of tobacco to my husband in England each year. Female said no and went online, I asked to speak with a manager and she said it was her and i should leave if I disagree. Customer service zero. Went to another UPS store and sent my package. They told my file a complaint.

I've had my PO box here for the last 8 years. The owner has an AMAZING staff. Dana, Hailey and Brittany. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, personable and so eager and will to help. He has created a great work environment with happy, helpful employees.
If you want fast, friendly customer service, this is the place to go.

This review is solely for Brittany at the UPS on 9850 S. Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas. I go there a lot and every single time Brittany has been a constant for providing great service. She's so friendly and welcoming! Brittany always adds a little light to my day, thanks dear. I must say, everyone there has been a pleasure.
