Thank you to Dana, Hailey & Brittany at this location. I had a important document that needed to be sent to me & I didnt have w fax machine in my home. Dana ensured that it got faxed & allowed me to pick it up but overall everyone had amazing customer service skills!

I needed to ship a package that required me to print a label so I went to the usps where they informed me they couldn’t help. (Even though it was their own label)So I went to this ups store and Hailey came out of left field and brightened my day! She printed out the slip, offered to handle the shipping and saved me so much time. All with efficiency also whole deal took less than 60 seconds! 10/10 she rocks!

I like to say thank you to this branch coz i dropped a package which i didn’t notice that it supposed to be for USPS. I only found out about it after a day. They still process it maybe they drop it to nearby usps coz when i track the tracking# it is still on shipping and delivered. Thanks to the guy who accepted it, i dropped it sunday morning. TY! ?

This should be your only UPS store for any of your needs. I manage a construction company that does work all over the country. The staff is the greatest at this store. Anybody can send documents or take returns, But when you want great service to go with your shipping, this is the store. They go way beyond with what you would expect from being a customer. I have meet Haily, Brittny, and Dana. The owner must really appreciate finding the most wonderful staff. I wish I had the staff that was as GREAT as they are. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!

Beware! They won’t let you use their carts so if you have a lot to haul (essentially are a very good customer) go elsewhere!

I had the pleasure of using this UPS store at 9850 S. Maryland Parkway on 12/14/22. Dana was the women who helped me and was over the top wonderful. I did not have a xmas present just a small light little box that needed to be sent the cheapest slowest way. She gave me a couple options and the price was great.What brought me to this location...... I was at your Anthem Village location a week before that (same small box). Asked the women how much to send cheapest/slowest way. She told me it would be $40. I asked again....cheapest Slowest.... $40.If you ask why $40....... she said "it just is".Ok bye bye....... lets see if other UPS stores are the same price for shipping this tiny box..... NOPEThe package was light as a feather and very small.So I appreciate Dana giving me some options not flat out $40. I know shipping is expensive (that's why you see PRIME all over) but something was not right over at that Anthem shop.I was in Yuma AZ last week and had to send yet another small box and another cheerful lady at UPS helped me. ( asked for slowest/cheapest) So that one was $13 to ship. Not $40 or $50.Maybe try somewhere else but 2505 Anthem Village, Henderson.

Let me start with this. This UPS has turned me into a loyal a client. The 1st time I came here, the service was just amazing. Brittny help me with my Amazon 8 items return with such ease. Not only was she quick, smooth and polite. She made sure that all my packages were tightly secured by applying tape to some of my not so lucky boxes that I had packed. When I pulled up my codes to be returned from Amazon, she scanned everything with no problems, the the label that had to be printed, she asked me to email it to the store and she printed the label in their label printer, which no other UPS store does that apparently. I have used many UPS stores over many years and I have never been so pleased to be in a UPS store. Since my 1st time visit to this location, I have made several visits to at least 3 other locations, I was at a location on Windmill, 1st, I noticed the male staff member was so slow he made me want to help the client he was assisting, what is it with this young people, too lazy to do anything. Then when the same guy came to help me, he couldn’t even look at me in my eyes as I was talking to him. The lack of customer service was just so ridiculous, it made me feel a bit mad, but oh well. Never going there again. So today I decided that I had to come back to this location. I walked in with several packages again from Amazon, Danna and Brittny both said Hello. Danna asked how she could help, I said I have a bunch of Amazon returns, Danna started scanning items, Brittny assured another client, then her client leaves, then another female client runs in and droops a bunch of items my guess is from Amazon, and just leaves them on their counter and runs out, with no question in her mind what could happen to those items, I wait to get my receipts for everything. I was shocked! Danny continues to scan my items then she prints my label that had to be printed, and says you are all set. I was okay, I don’t have to pay 2 dollars, Wow! Thats just awesome! Every other UPS store has charged me up to 2 dollars just to print a label for my Amazon return. So bottom line, this girls Danna and Brittny are fast, smooth, polite and they care about your packages, I give them a 5 star all the way around, and this store is the only place I will visit from now on. Thank you girls for your amazing attitude and customer service skills. I really appreciate your effort in making sure your clients are treated well.

I came in with a uniform for a military funeral that had to get across the country in a day. Mrs. Dana was extremely fast, understanding, and helpful and was able to not only get it all packed up for me but do it at a fantastic price. Awesome service! Thank you so much!
