Terrible place. I shipped a box and the contents where heavily damaged to the point that they were no longer usable. I tried to file a claim online and never heard anything back. Shortly after that I went in store where I was told that claims can't be made online (despite there being a file claim online on ups website.) I then tried to make a claim in store, I was given an email and told to email the manager of the store to file a claim. It's been about two months and they have barely emailed back or called. THEY BROKE A 200 DOLLAR MONITOR. All I would like back is the money. I even have proof but that's not enough for a call back I guess. 0/10 this place sucks.

Don’t ever go to this UPS store ever! I was trying to ship a package to California and they said the package was damaged and they just trew it away! It was a very important package for my sister with sensitive medication in it that I was told I could ship. Well never made it! All they said it it opened and they tossed the contents away so basically they stole what was in my box and filed a $15 refund and said sorry. Thieves work here don’t go to this location ! EVER!

I love this UPS store. After calling around and checking out locations in the area, I chose Windmill. Great customer service and friendly staff. Alexis was very helpful, patient, friendly, and answered all of my annoying questions. I signed up for a mailbox services and so far it has been easy breezy picking up and dropping off. There is plenty of parking, close to a supermarket, the bank, coffee, etc. Highly recommend this UPS store!

Ok, I don't know what's going on here lately, but I've dropped off two pre labeled packages here in the last month and a half, and have shown no movement, no scans, and still has the created label status which means you can't file a claim. Sometimes sketchy going on at the UPS store now. And I've been dropping stuff off there for many years.

I've been coming over here for a few years now. Milo is one of the best workers I've ever ran into at any establishment. He has the best customer service and is so knowledgeable about his job. He is sufficient and courteous. He should be running this store. If I had a company he would be the first person your establishment is so lucky to have an employee like him

Notary refused to notarize document because he didn't want to. Sent me to another ups store to another Notary, who was more than willing to work with me to find a solution and notarize the document.Lost my business permanently. I will drive an extra mile each time to a store that offers and follows through on their services.
