Ok, I don't know what's going on here lately, but I've dropped off two pre labeled packages here in the last month and a half, and have shown no movement, no scans, and still has the created label status which means you can't file a claim. Sometimes sketchy going on at the UPS store now. And I've been dropping stuff off there for many years.

I've been coming over here for a few years now. Milo is one of the best workers I've ever ran into at any establishment. He has the best customer service and is so knowledgeable about his job. He is sufficient and courteous. He should be running this store. If I had a company he would be the first person your establishment is so lucky to have an employee like him

I had a huge Amazon return and Alexis was able to get me in and out quickly WHILE helping two other customers. Even sent my other mail for me since the post office was already closed. Thank you!

Notary refused to notarize document because he didn't want to. Sent me to another ups store to another Notary, who was more than willing to work with me to find a solution and notarize the document.Lost my business permanently. I will drive an extra mile each time to a store that offers and follows through on their services.

Today, I went to this branch to ship two packages and asked about a militery discount. The girl said that we don't do military discounts anymore. I said that there was a military diccount last week ( Dec 6). Sha again said the we do not give one.On the web site and the UPS corporate office stated that we do a military discount.Apparently, this UPS branch can charge what they want so be ware of this bit of info if you are military. You won't get a discount because " Greed is Good" at UPS!

Edwin at the 505 windmill in Las Vegas next to Vons went out of his way to help me with a problem that I could not do on my own. He knows his job and was very patient and efficient at getting me taken care of. Thanks Edwin.

If I could I would give them a zero. I shipped an item to New York it arrived broken. I bought additional insurance. They waited so long to request information , that the information had been thrown away by the party I shipped it to. They gave me many excuses why it took so long to respond. I made a complaint to the BBB. They did not respond. I was not asking for the full insurance, only the amount I had to send to the buyer to repair what I sent.

Their hours on the website are incorrect. Got there before 4pm on Saturday and now they are closing on Saturday at 3pm. Need to update their web page. Waste of gas on that trip.

They only have one person working. You have to wait for 30 minutes to drop off an Amazon package. Don't do it, go to Kohls, so much faster.

Absolutely terrible service, they couldn’t ship my UPS package , referred me to their central hub and it’s only open 10-2. How UPS stays in business is behind me.

What a fantastic experience. I sent 8 crystal stemware wine glasses to Sacramento. Very nervous! Edwin did a wonderful job packing and all arrived on time and in one piece. I will take everything to them from now on. Was worth double the price.
