Best service I’ve ever had at a UPS Store!
I had such a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Lori and Linda! Both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free.
Lori was very attentive and efficient, while Linda added such a warm and welcoming touch. Together, they made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another transaction.
It’s not often you find such outstanding customer service these days, but Lori and Linda really stand out. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location because of the excellent service they provide. Highly recommended!

UPS wants almost $28 to mail this little 8x7 package (and it only weighs a few ounces) via their slowest and CHEAPEST method (from NV to AL — nothing crazy). Before this transaction, I made it a point to use UPS out of loyalty as my local carrier. Nice staff (Linda), but I will not be returning here until UPS gets their ridiculous, unacceptable prices fixed! Absolutely absurd and unsatisfactory!

I’ve returned items many times, and every time I go to the two UPS stores near my house, they offer free packing, just wrapping the box with clear tape. Today, I was grocery shopping nearby and decided to return an item at this UPS store. I brought the cardboard box, and the clerk said I had to do it myself, or if they taped it for me, I’d have to pay $2. I told her that the UPS stores near my house always help for free. She replied, “Then go to the UPS near your house.” They showed me a fee list. That comment upset me—it felt like they were trying to drive me away. It’s not that I’m unwilling to pay $2; it’s her dismissive attitude that angered me. I took my box and left. Aren’t all UPS stores part of the same company? Why is the service so different? At other UPS locations, they not only provide free packing but also offer high-quality service. I always give them 5-star reviews. This particular UPS? I’ll never come back.

The young gentleman working here was nice and greeted me as I walked in, but he was still assisting another customer. The old white lady with glasses behind the counter who wasn't really doing anything just let me stand there waiting. She ignored me the whole time, and then after a while, asked what I needed. She was very rude. I will not return to this location, considering it was not busy at all.

The staff at the store were incredible and most helpful, especially Linda! They helped us with an unusual freight request and were prompt and communicative and helped us every step of the way. The package arrived expertly packed and with no damage to the items. 1000% would recommend and absolutely ask for Linda when you go!

This location is very close to where I live. The service is fast, but try to get there before 5pm. There is only one employee between 5 and 6pm when they close. I always see Linda there and she's very kind and good to work with.

Came in today because the UPS closer to me was closed. I was pleasantly surprised! This UPS is so much nicer, it’s super clean, and the A/C is perfect for this Vegas weather haha. Anyways, I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Ms. Linda !!! She was so helpful, patient, and extremely kind. Not only did I feel welcomed, I felt well taken care of. Thank you Linda for the amazing customer service! And to whoever this may concern, give this woman a raise! She definitely deserves it 🥰

The best UPS store ever. I've been coming here for years and the staff is superior. Yesterday I had several notary jobs and Linda noticed I had trouble standing and she went and got me a chair, helped me with the process and all with a smile. It's nice to be helped. Thanks Linda and UPS

Returning a box to Amazon. In my ignorance, I did not realize it said customer packed. It was packed, in a box neatly...absent one strip of tape. Tape was on the counter, but she refused to let me put a strip across the top, she said I can either buy tape or pay $2.00 to use a strip of theirs. The greed of this company and lack of simple customer service from a billion dollar company is unreal. THIS IS WHY I USE FED-EX WHEN POSSIBLE.
