My recent experience at the UPS store left much to be desired. The customer service was shockingly poor, with staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also seemed indifferent to my concerns and inquiries. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to assist me, despite being paid to do so. Additionally, the wait times were exorbitant, leaving me standing around feeling frustrated and ignored. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this UPS store if they value efficient and courteous service.

One person working on a Saturday is diabolical. Linda was amazing and worked the line as best she could. I recommend getting her more help.

I highly recommend The UPS Store 4132 S Rainbow BLVD (Las Vegas)for their excellent and fast service. The staff was professional, and my experience exceeded expectations.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would! The employees were soooo helpful and friendly and kind! I was helping a friend move her mom across country and we had to ship a LOT of boxes and Linda and the young man (I can't remember his name I'm sorry) went above and beyond! They helped us re label everything, tape it all up and send it on its way. There were 13 packages total and they did it with such ease. The customer service we experienced here was so amazing! They are super hard workers that take pride in customer service and it shows. Thank you Linda for all of your amazing help!

They will only send your package if you make a complete profile giving them all your info. You guys don't need my phone number to send a package.

I have an amputated foot. I was given the wrong address for a DME company and am walking on a foot with a wound. The manager, tall blonde, saw fit to KICK me out of the store because I was not a customer, only emollient were in the store. She said I was too loud, but I have a soft voice, and people often ask me to speak up. I suggest not doing business with rude people and businesses.

I am very upset with how my packages came in the mail, I understand the poster box because I got that from USPS, and I put the stuff in the package myself before shipping, but for the big box that weighed 6 pounds, they were suppose to pack it, like use bubble wrap, etc..., I PAID for them to pack and wrap because they told me I did not need to buy the materials And so thats what I did, lucky only ONE figure box was damaged and dented, and the figure was still in good condition. I paid to pack it, it should have been packed and not just threw in, and taped like the person was in a rush. Just got to say for this UPS store is that please pack my stuff like I paid for, for all you know if their was glass in the box, it would have been broken, lucky the brown box and poster box was dented,and one poster ruined from being beaten around and the one figure box dented,but other then that, everything was fine . Next time I come to Vegas for vacation, IF I decide to use this store, I will pack the stuff myself wirh bubble wrap and packing peanuts and tape it myself.

Seriously, "F" this store. I brought an Amazon return in for shipping, and the hipster behind the counter told me I had to tape the return up. Then proceeded to tell me it was a $2 charge for tape.

Terrible service. Went to get a document notarized and they refused because my first name was not on it. I go by my middle name. Totally legal to notarize document with middle and last name. When I pointed that out she agreed but said she had the discretion to not notarize. Not an important document just a difficult employee.

I just left this store and returned three Amazon items. This store charged me $2 to put tape on a small box. That's ridiculous! The UPS Store where I have a mailbox has never tried to nickle and dime me like this before. I guess this is at each franchise owner's discretion, but I'm personally not coming back for any of my business needs. I only came here because it was convenient. The franchise owner, Carrie Jean, should be ashamed of trying to nickle and dime people for a few bucks. So much for this UPS Store location supporting small business.
