It is the 2nd time a driver STEALS my package and claims it as “Delivered” while I’m glued to the door (opened) awaiting for delivery. No driver, no truck, no one of UPS in the area. When you call the Customer Center, no one picks up. In November of last year, I finally got a human on the phone only that they answer the calls for this facility in ANOTHER STATE! Unable to reach any supervisor or manager or LOCATE the thief (driver). Due to its a whole other state taking calls for their embarrassing theft issues of their own drivers. You can’t even make a claim after you attempt to submit it, it won’t let you! But then you go in PERSON and someone not of UPS uniform comes over to claim they work there and claim to be supervisor, takes your information BUT never calls you back and the driver is MISSING! It’s a ROGUE facility that doesn’t follow company protocols, has phone numbers that is NOT connected to that facility but to a UPS out of STATE. The whole operation of that facility is not only sketchy but deceiving and has no respect for customer’s packages. Falsifying deliveries and HIDING their drivers and avoiding any complaints of unethical practices and theft by its employees. They deny you the rights to speak to a supervisor or manager of the facility due to EMBARRASSMENT of drivers who steal’s customers packages. There isn’t a rate lower than 1-star for intentional burglary. And this facility needs to be evaluated for unethical practices and covering up theft while giving customers a hard time and the inability to contact a person right after the false notification of “delivered” is send to the victim. I, for one always wait with the door open for my packages because of the neighborhood. Certain employees in this facility needs to be arrested for collaborating in a felony and using their trucks and uniforms while committing the crime.

I had a restricted item that I needed shipped and had no idea how to do it. I went into the lobby and was greeted by Karin. She was so helpful in getting me set up on how to ship the restricted package.It's not often you come across great customer service but there's no doubt Karin is a great representation of the UPS customer service experience.

Used them for my Amazon return. The service was great. I had no idea what I was doing, and they staff walked me through the return process on my phone, I know you should have that done before walking in.

Counter attendant was slow and did not understand her job! I was shipping a firearm legally via UPS and the attendant could not give me a receipt. She expected me to drop it off and accept a signature from her that it was received. When I explained that I wasn’t leaving my package without a proper receipt I got told to step aside and wait for a manager… for 1.5 hrs! FedEx will be getting my business.

Tyler JohnstonHands down best UPS driver. Our experience with him is always wonderful, communication is always great he has excellent customer service and always handles quickly and professionally. He makes me feel comfortable with all of my orders knowing they’ll be delivered with care. Thank you for everything you do TYLER. UPS please hire more people like him! Dealing with UPS I would rather have my finger nails pulled out. Fighting with their phone system starts it off with making you mad, then people who can't understand simple things. Tell you to refer to website which says things that don't make sense and are clearly lies. Then the person contradicts things to you and lies and never knows anything. Will call back and don't. Srop off your pallet 4 blocks down the road and still don't tell you where it is. Luckily the person who got my pallet called me and told me they had it delivered to them. 5 days later still NOTHING from ups about my items

This review will be for UPS in general but specifically for the Las Vegas, NV customer center.Normally we get our packages on time & the drivers are between civil & nice. That in itself would get 3-4 stars but Wednesday's 9/6/23 mishap sunk it down to 1. I'll save you the sordid details but it required contacting UPS to get it fixed. To our dismay, UPS executives have since concluded they are such a big corporation now, they are not 'required' to speak to humans anymore, as a robot voice forces you to file all complaints online after multiple "Representative! Representative!" requests into our phones. When we did get a callback from a supervisor, she was defensive & smug, protecting her driver to the teeth despite us proving beyond a shadow of a doubt the fault was with the driver and the route mgr for overloading the route, forcing deliveries well into the night.I'll close with this, hopefully for a UPS Executive board audience:If you ever think you are too big to fail from either competition, customer rejection or internal mishaps, ask yourselves how the following entities (who all thought THEY were too big to fail) are thriving today:Montgomery Ward, Kodak, Blockbuster, Lehman Bros, WorldCom, GM (still alive but filed for bankruptcy), Enron, K-Mart, Sears (online only now), Chrysler, Texaco, CIT Group & The White Star Line (builders of the Titanic). If that's not enough, ask the Third Reich & the Roman Empire how they're doing today too. UPS, you have competition & we'll begin using them going forward.

Corina is Amazing! She's very friendly and knowledgeable.UPS needs to do some updating to this front office. Better Appearance to the office, Better equipment like a computer with a scanner to make things a bit faster to check in and out of packages upon arrival. Most of us already have pre paid shipping labels.FedEx has them. Why is UPS so behind???Some A/C for the summer and some Heat for the winter in this office.

This place is worst than going to the post office, DMV and dentist office on the same day. They are incredibly disorganized. Package wasn't delivered for multiple days, can't talk to an agent on the phone and couldn't find my package when I came to pick up. Oh. They charged me $8 for me to pick up a package which they failed to deliver. This is a disaster.
