Not sure why the reviews are so low. It's my go to place to drop and pick up mail (for years at this point). Never had a bad experience.

I happen to be checking this store location hours. As to much surprise I saw this locations low rating and was shocked. I knew I had to leave a review. I’ve been going to this location the last 10+ years and can’t express enough how amazing the entire staff is. It’s always been the same helpful staff who is fast and efficient. They’re friendly and knowledgeable. It’s my favorite location. In such disbelief I read some of the comments. I just have to say this is a business and nothing in life is free! The prices are the convenience and if you don’t like it go to the post office and wait on line. Thank you for always being kind!

Nice place, staff is nice too. Not too many conversation for nothing, efficient and with a smile, I like that. I should like to have later opening hours but they are doing what is expected ☺️

this store doesn’t follow its own time for Next day air shipments online it says the cutoff to send Air express shipments is 5:15pm. I was there before 5:15pm and lady said the guy already came. Well then what’s the point of paying $50 for next day overnight air if the store will end up sending next day. Next time fix your online signage times if your not going to follow your next day air cut off times.
