The UPS store in the Smiths Shopping Center, Debora is the manager. It’s like a family. All the employees under Debora management are helpful, knowledgeable courteous I live in a retirement community. They take care of their customers, but this is all due to the management qualities I give it five stars if you need to go to UPS this is the store to go to the one in the Smiths, Shopping Center, Rampart and Westlake Mead.

BEWARE: Have been doing business with this location for years BUT NOT anymore. I just went to send back an iPhone which stated that the UPS store would pack. This location told me that I would have to pay for the packing and was very animated and rude when I questioned. Interesting enough the 2nd UPS store I went to had no problem packing and shipping at no cost to me - my new UPS store is on Village Center.

I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store! Mike was amazing and helped me to print some documents and wrap up my old cell phone to return to AT&T and did it all in about 5 minutes! I was rushing to get it done, and Mike was nice and calm and easy about it, which made the whole experience even better! Thank you, Mike!

I have had a bad experience today at this UPS store. One of the employees refused to process a return to Amazon, claiming that the return label was issued for whole Foods store only.
I have shown to him on the Amazon's app that I've chosen the option UPS return...but he didn't agree and sent me to the Whole Foods.

At this UPS site, I have to bear the rudeness of personnel, not just one but 2. I am senior so I hope they have more patience for us, considering that they are in a commercial area adjacent to senior living community. The attitude, I don’t get their service for free. We pay. Be more pleasant
