I called ahead to ask if I could come around 5:30pm to get a document notarized and was told that they would be 3 of them all day until 6pm to get my document notarized. I drove 20 minutes to get there, only to be told that they stop doing notaries at 5. If that’s the case, they should’ve mentioned it over the phone instead of saying they’d be available until 6. It was frustrating and a waste of time.

They charge you two dollars for piece of tape 6 inches to tape my box. The most ridiculous, I hope this place goes out of business. Avoid at all costs

Anthony greeted me 8/4 needed information for returning but trashed the box, went over and beyond, didn’t hesitate to offer that they also do packing service. 8/6 bright and early walked in said I was waiting for you. Anthony again being attentive and helping me feel validated for my time…

Recently went in there to ship a .5lb package to California. The older, disgruntled lady that works there tried to charge me $48 to ship with a 6 day delivery time frame.
I walked across the parking lot to FedEx and shipped the same package to the same address for $13 and a 3 day delivery time frame.
I double checked on the UPS website and she was trying to charge me for overnight delivery prices without the overnight delivery
windows. I never asked for overnight, even if I did why would overnight take 6 days to deliver?
Makes no sense. Plus she wasn't the most pleasant lady to begin with.
Also this is the only location that I have seen charge $2 to tape a package.
Just go to FedEx, it's in the same parking lot with friendlier staff, basically same pricing, and they don't charge for tape lol.

Very bad location they charge 4 dollars to print a receipt that’s terrible he told me every ups is and they don’t care a different service and they are independent while I told them that’s very bad thing he told me OK so never again

Poor customer service I obviously need a package mailed but I turned around after the rude service and went to mail box ect I have a buisness so I won't come back and as a buisness owner I would really upset how much money are you loosing I spend 10k a year on shipping so you lost that for sure you might want to restaff just feedback from one buisness owner to another
