Don't bring your Amazon returns here. Thry will charge you $3 to tape ut for you, even if you have the QR code.Amazon says the below and this particular UPS does NOT interpret taping as part of "pack"-ing.Additional instructions for mailing your package...2. Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return.Luckily, there a few other UPS stores near by.

I had a shein return in a box and the girl charged me $2 for tape to tape the box closed? I’ve done at least 3-4 shein returns in bags and boxes at other ups stores since I moved to Vegas and I’ve NEVER been asked to pay to tape the box closed. They don’t ask for an id or money I didn’t even bring my purse inside bc they’ve never charged me before! Just the items and a QR code. Like how cheap can you be? I won’t be going back to this location if they nickel dime for 1 piece of tape to close the box! Maybe I’ll keep a roll of tape in my car in case ups decides to be cheap again!

Because of the negligence and lack of respect for their customers and the items we entrust to them, I received a destroyed snare drum that I hand made for a dear friend who recently passed away. This was a one-of-a-kind item that was used on multi platinum and Grammy winning music by one of the greatest recording engineers of our time. How was it handled by the employees of this UPS store you ask? Well, they put it on its side, in a box wayyyyy too big for it, dropped a single layer of bubble wrap in the box, taped it up and shipped it. There was over 5” of space on each side of the drum, so it was in no way padded or secure. Because of these arrogant, and lazy people, not only is a piece of music history lost, an heirloom to and from my deceased mentor and best friend is gone forever.Thank you UPS for destroying the one tangible thing I had to remember my friend.I eagerly away the auto generated reply to this review…Update 8/28/23Day 5 of calling this store to ask for the manager. Day 5 of being told the manager will be in tomorrow.

Spend thousands of dollars monthly to ship through UPS and yet, they won’t allow a customer to use a cart for 5 minutes to carry in 20 packages. RUDE and inconsiderate customer service. Don’t go here!

The rudest customer service I've experienced yet from a UPS location. Door doesn't prop open and they won't allow you to use their functional rolling cart (only dollies). For someone who owns an e-commerce business and has a heap of packages (all different sizes) that simply does not work. Go elsewhere and spare yourself an interaction with the least helpful and most inconsiderate staff.

Sent my husband to the store to send packages.Here’s a list of the absurd rules they have:1. If you have more than 10 packages, you have to call them in advance so that they can receive them in the back.2. They will only scan 10 packages per day/per person due to being soooooo busy, when there was no one single person in the store at 10 am.3. They said they can take all your packages, but they won’t scan them, or give you a receipt for any items more than 10.Additionally, none of these rules were posted and they stated the rules are just for the holiday season. They recommended we go to UPS hub on Arby instead.This was all pretty inconvenient, so just avoid this store altogether? Or maybe that’s what they want so they aren’t so busy? Not sure.

It is so rare that I give a business 1 star but the extremely poor customer service I have experienced at this location now twice, has motivated this post.It is very obvious the cashiers at this location do not like amazon returns. In the past I had to wait an unecessary amout of time to get help and then the lady behind the counter made sure to prolong the drop off.I went yesterday, mid afternoon. It wasn't especially busy, but I waited for 15 mins just to get someone to help me. Then when one of the cashiers asked what I needed, the other lady yelled out, "It looks like amazon". She then went to assist the other cashier rather than just process my return. She came to my side of the counter gave me a bag and said, "Bag this yourself", and then walked away again.When she came back, she scanned my code and within 30 secs the return was complete. Now why in the work would you need to make me wait this long, if the process is so easy and short. I use UPS to return Amazon stuff all the time, but for whatever reason this location makes it so difficult and the reason behind this is not apparent. I would give 0 stars if that was an option

I've been a long time customer of this store. I went in this weekend to ship some things. Everything was packed but I needed one more padded envelope and a roll of tape. The clerk yelled and said I couldn't pack things in there because that's a service they offer. First I'm not paying for your over priced packing service. Two it's a padded envelope to seal and write an address on. Three I have done this exact thing many times before with no issue. This business is just being greedy. I was going to buy some packing supplies there so I had them for later but no. I put them all back and walked out. You lost a long time customer with this. I will not be back for any of your services again

Horrible management . Whoever made it a rule that you cannot pack anything in the store is a clown and should not be in customer service . It’s 120 degrees outside . Why would I pay for a label to use your service , then get told I need to pack my box outside or pay the 15 dollar packing fee ? Went to another UPS down the road , had no problem at all . They even helped me pack it and provided the tape that this store was trying to charge me for . I manage a retail location , this is not how you treat customers .
