Boo. The two ladies working here were totally clueless. I had a package that was paid for already thru Pirateship and neither one of them knew how to accept it . I went to the UPS store down the street and the one employee lady there was a real pro. Took my package easy please. This store tho gets one star .

This store deserves 0 stars it’s not the first time I have dealt with the rudeness off Tammy on the phone and my niece in person. It’s not the first time she claims to be the manager when she has done it in the past over the phone. She refuses to give you her name when asked she is extremely rude hangs up the phone and doesn’t answer when you call back. I do t know why they have people like that working these this store has horrible customer service. She refuses to look up for a tracking number for pick up she said she didn’t care what the confirmation said to Sta the package wasn’t there without even looking it up I called UPS customer service and they confirmed the package had been delivered three days before. Will never shop to this store ever again.

Tammy made my whole experience a headache. She was absolutely no help and rude. I had a package to pickup that she kept insisting she did not have after I had received confirmation that it was delivered. She didn’t bother to look up my order just kept insisting she didn’t have it after I had proof it had been delivered. Go elsewhere.

No notary..because she doesn't feel like it. Wow..
No one in line. Spoke with her the prior day and came back prepared. Then she says are you guys needing notary? Which i replied yes and then she says not today... its Thursday.. no holiday.. good grief

We will no longer be using this location. The woman usually working is rude, unwelcoming, and always short. She acts put out by anything we bring in.
Today was my final straw. In attempting to return Verizon equipment with detailed instructions on the return process, she was unable to help me, so I decided to try the Craig Road location. They were kind and had me out the door in under five minutes. She didn't want to try to problem solve at all.
I returned to let her know and that we would no longer be returning for the above listed reasons. She told told me to go ahead and read their great reviews. I'm not seeing that on Google or Yelp?
Regardless, we will not be back. I would rather drive to a further location for better customer service.

Tammy E makes everything I do on almost a weekly basis with this UPS Store. I use this store to send documents and plans to Carson City for our business, as well as all personal items and or returns. She goes above and beyond and is a joy to see when she is behind the counter.
