Went in for a UPS express box, asked specifically for that box and the girl showed me boxes they had for sale. After trying to explain to her the express box is free the older lady at the counter at least made the effort to look but they were out of UPS express boxes. That's not something a UPS store should run out of. This forced me to drive several miles out of my way to another store.

Very unhelpful with any request, and a lot of attitude. Refused to package an item ahead of time stating not policy, but multiple other UPS stores do and have done.

I would rate a zero if possible. I sent a email before noon on Saturday for a print request, I received a confirmation of the receipt of email. I sent a second email on Sunday and called Monday to confirm pick up by 12pm. No one answered or called back. I arrived at the store to confirm that they were going to meet my deadline and they said they no longer had my original email from Saturday with the print files.
This print job was for my business. My client would not accept the late package from me and I would expect the same from this establishment. If you can't meet a print order don't offer it.
That is the last time I will go there. Highly unprofessional and reliable.

I go into this ups quite a bit, and the girl with the glasses behind the counter is like a robot. So unfriendly! Never says hello when you come in, doesn’t say goodbye, just terrible customer service! The only reason I go to this store is because of the close proximity to my home, otherwise, I would definitely go somewhere else where my business is appreciated!

The girl with glasses at the desk is extremely rude. I just went in now to return a package and she won’t even put more than 1 small piece of tape. She got an attitude slam down the tape and rolled her eyes when I asked for a second piece. I see multiple complaints about her, hopefully management will listen and get rid of her. I hope whatever she’s going through god will heal her because that is a terrible attitude for such a young girl to have. I will pray for her.

If I could rate zero stars I would. A birthday card was mailed out of this location to my daughter and it arrived with the birthday money stolen out of it. Somebody from here opened it up, stole the money, and taped it closed. This was with next day shipping too $$! So disappointed in UPS! Even after a call to this location and letting them know all the details, they didn’t even have the decency to call me back and or apologize. It must happen all the time!
