Lily was extremely efficient, and very quick with her knowledge.
I had some issues with my packages being returned. I was able to get the assistance I needed with her. She was very friendly, had service with a smile. She is truly a hard worker. She even threw in a few jokes while helping, gave me a good chuckle.
I absolutely will be coming to have her help me in the future!

I truly appreciate the help of store associate Sam. I had a lot of returns multiple packages. She was kind enough to help sort through everything and get it done quickly.
She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly (which helps especially when you’re in customer service).
Her customer service was exceptional. She worked very hard to get everything done for me in a timely manner.

10/10 customer service. Kevin and lily were very kind while shipping my package. (I never shipped anything before) they had great attitudes. I love this store, I’m coming back all the time.

I love this location. The staff is friendly, efficient, and get you taken care of right away. I’ve never had issues here and they are always helpful without giving you attitude about being asked questions or just asking to box items for you. I don’t go anywhere else and will continue to come to this location.
They have everything you need to mail out your packages, print, or fax documents. They have reasonable prices and anytime I’ve mailed anything from this location it’s gotten to the destination early.
If I could give them 10-Stars I would. Happy customer.

They always provide great customer services. Jane and Lily make my day for taking care my daughter much more than friendly and patients. Also, for past years, the lady with glasses who I think is the store manager, she works hard and professional but never get chance to ask her name. She is busy all the time lol again, thank you ladies and gentlemen for your great jobs.

Came in-associate was not friendly! Mailed a parcel for overnight service-paid $87 for a single envelope! Recipient didnt get the envelope until 4 dyas later! Ive called this office many times and no answer! I left a msg and no one valled me back!! I thought ups will have a better and quicker service than usps but i was dead wrong!! My problem is still not solved!!

I was in a bind needed to get something printed from my email the staff was amazing and helpful, got it all done and in the mail, the pricing was very reasonable.

I always receive wonderful customer service and my mail is sent out super fast . I have a P.O Box at the Cheyenne location but no matter what UPS location I go to I get good customer service and things are fully explained without me feeling I’m rushed out the store.
