This UPS Location is THE WORST. Not only did they pack and destroy 4 packages that i couldn't stress enough that were fragile and needed extra packing, they no longer accept post office packages i dropped of 5 pieces and got scolded for it? Don't you work in tandem with the USPS? Plus they have 5 kids on staff standing around doing nothing as they tell me they can't accept the packages do yourself a favor and bring your business to another location. Terrible terrible customer service!

This one of the worst UPS store I have visited in years. Staffs were joking around and unaccommodating to a simple return.They overcharged for any label print job and tape. One of the staff asked me either take my packages home or buy the tape from them. Like they don’t give a damn about their customer service, either “spend money or leave attitude”. And the best part, it happened to me twice.I won’t go back to this location. The rude staffs and bad customer service put a stain on UPS name.

I mainly just come here to do amazon returns but the people who work here are so nice and friendly. Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. There is one guy named George who usually takes care of me, and is always happy to help.

The girl who works there tonight has really bad attitude. I was confused with the shipping label and she has absolutely no customer service and gave me attitude while I was looking for answers. The worst the location ever.

Got helped by George today. Excellent service as always. In fact, this store and the entire staff are fantastic. I've been shipping with them for years and they're simply the best to work with. Fast, professional, and courteous. 10/10.

I've been using UPS to ship my packages for years. And I've been to a lot of UPS stores in Vegas and other states. This store is hands down the most consistently excellent out of all of them.I walk in, get greeted right away, they scan my package and hand me my receipt, then I'm out the door. Most days, I'm in and out of there in under a minute. What more could you ask for?One time I got there during a lunch rush with the line going out the door. It was one of those lines where if you were at any other UPS store or any store for that matter, you'd be waiting 30 minutes. To my surprise, the awesome staff here went all hands on deck, opening three or four registers to get through the queue quickly. I had walked in to a jam-packed store and within 5 minutes or so, I was taken care of and the line had dwindled down to about two or three people behind me. I was super impressed.I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this store deserves it. 5 stars all day.

My wife made an appointment here for notary a few days ago for 5pm. We drove there, I waited inside the car and my wife went inside. The employee working there told her she doesn't see her appointment and the person who does notary has left and added that my wife could have just walked. This does not make any sense, that person is still not there if my wife would have walked in. What is the point of making an appointment when they can't honor it? No courtesy phone, not even an apology in person. Is this the kind of service you want to offer when there are literally so many UPS stores in the neighborhood? What a sheer waste of time. We drove back and got notary done from a different UPS store close by next day. We use UPS alot for notary, shipping our amazon packages and more, we are not going to use this location again.
