The agent who helped me was friendly, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. She greeted me when I came through the door and thanked me for my business asking if there was anything else you could help me with. Exactly what you would want in a UPS store.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Paid $55 so ship a package, and they lost it. Can’t even do what they are paid to do. Package was being sent to North Carolina. The package didn’t even make it out of Las Vegas and says delivered to “dock.” That was almost three weeks ago. Surprisingly(not really) they were absolutely useless when I talked to the store about and also when I called customer service. Highly advise using another facility to ship items.

Meagan provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time.
It was a windy day, one of my packages flew away. When I came through the door there were two other customers at the counter. Meagan was busy, but called me to another register. I was frustrated with trying to send the label to her email address. She was attentive and proactive in asking if she could help me send it. She took my phone and handled everything.
I was embarrassed that I was so slow, clumsy, and on the verge of tears. I think she could tell I was having a bad day and rescued me.
I am so grateful. Good customer service isn't the norm... but it's alive here.
God bless her, I needed help and she stepped up.
