We have been clients of this wonderfully practical UPS Store location for over eight years. The current team, in place for much of that time, is really top drawer. Ramin is a prince of a fellow, while Alex and Kean provide terrific support in what is the best shipping and receiving outfit any of us has experienced. Thank you all for the swell job you do on behalf of my family; you are at once gracious and satisfyingly professional: our continued loyalty is assured--I am most grateful to you!

Don't waste your time going here. I've been shipping items with the same box probably 75 times. I'm a contractor and this is returning equipment. This location won't take it because the box has a brand new name on The box. I've never had a problem before of course they want to sell me a box for $6 to put my box into you said that UPS won't accept it. The funny thing is is UPS delivered it to me. But I can't ship it outbound because it has a company name on the box!

Like the previous reviews have mentioned, the lady with the dark hair wearing a mask is incredibly rude. It seems she is this way with every customer. She snaps at you before you get the chance to talk. The guy next to her was helpful and friendly though.

use this location for Amazon returns and any other shipping needs as they are very friendly and efficient.

Don’t expect UPS pricing or service. You can only drop off UPS packages if you pay them. Won’t accept prepays. Won’t ship here again. The location by Summerlin mall is much better.

It is almost comical to read the other reviews about the same counter girl who seems to strive toward treating people like they don’t matter and an overall energy that she hates her job and the people who come in to help pay her wages.
I will say I am happy it was not just me. In this day I cannot believe they would keep a girl with such a bad energy and attitude on the front counter.
She is horrible.
Maybe her family owns the place and will never get rid of her.
This girl ruins a beautiful day with her negativity.
I won’t be back. Luckily there are more choices.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this UPS location due to consistently poor customer service. The staff, particularly Alex and Ramon, are often passive-aggressive and unhelpful, even when approached politely. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue, as many other reviews mention similar experiences.
Customer service should be a priority, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. I will no longer be using this location and encourage others to consider alternative UPS stores that provide a more professional and courteous experience.

The female employee that works here is absolutely horrible. She is so rude and not helpful at all. She went out of her way to say I needed to bring a box even though I clearly stated NO BOX ON THE RETURN LABEL. she would not assist me with a box. She went out of her way to tell my 5 year old daughter to not touch the packing peanuts or she would have to charge me if there was a peanut broken. FOR THE RECORD she was pointing to it. She has no business being in customer service and even though I’ve attempted to return to this store several times because I think “hey maybe she’s having a bad day” she isn’t, she’s exactly the same. Absolutely sad that there’s multiple other reviews on this same women that wears a mask and has long dark hair and nothing is being done to remove her. I will not drive out of my way to not ever have to encounter this women again.
