I had high value item(s) I purchased and did a return via UPS (this location). I waited two weeks and found out what was returned to Amazon was not the actual item I dropped off to this UPS. Right in my face, the UPS employee took my item out the original bag it came in and placed it in a clear bag. SMH… Now I’m out hundreds of dollars because either the employee or driver swapped it out for something else!

The sales associate worked for 45 minutes to ship a simple, small package internationally and then said it “wasn’t possible” without consulting her colleagues or asking for help.

Came for a passport photo and assistents they can't do it at this store. Really??? You have a placard on the countertop advertising passport photos. #UPSFAILURE

To the owner, I was there on a Saturday at 1:30 pm 2 weekends ago, and nobody could fulfill the Passport Photo service. That is well with your passport hours.
Your staff said nobody had the app installed on their phone.
I did come back the past weekend and got my paper photos done.
I upgraded to a 2 star. It would have been 3 star except the owners' response solidifies that their staff was not prepared to take passport photos during passport photo hours.
$18.41 for 2 tiny printed photos is expensive and clearly a very high profit item for you. You should be doing these 7 days a week!!

We decided to use UPS after porch pirates got us. This location is pretty busy but we are always treated well! And I prefer that to having packages stolen! Customer service is great!

People are RUDE here, including the staff and customer! I made an online notary service appointment today and came here on time. After waiting for another 15 mins, I was asked by one staff if I was the next customer. They thought I did not wait in line. Where is the line?? Nobody was waiting for the notary service except me! Obviously the staff was not attentive. I felt so annoyed! I also met a very rude customer here. Anyway, I had a very bad experience in this store and won't come back.

I've been going here for about 2 years. It's always understaffed and there is always a wait. The people tend to be friendly, but they need another person there all the time as there's just too much demand at this location.

Wonderful customer service from Jay at the counter! I made a mistake and had the wrong label for a return package, and he was kind enough to assist me in correcting it, all in less than two minutes! Very friendly and professional!

Caught an attitude towards me due to her own mistake - rudely that I need to tell her if it’s a drop off or return when the first thing out of my mouth was “I need to drop this off” Package already had label ready to ship (the label she needed to scan) - ridiculous , not to mention she only greeted me after one of her coworkers said be right with you as she was helping someone alreadyHow great to have your mood killed for what should of been a 2 second drop off
