People are RUDE here, including the staff and customer! I made an online notary service appointment today and came here on time. After waiting for another 15 mins, I was asked by one staff if I was the next customer. They thought I did not wait in line. Where is the line?? Nobody was waiting for the notary service except me! Obviously the staff was not attentive. I felt so annoyed! I also met a very rude customer here. Anyway, I had a very bad experience in this store and won't come back.

I've been going here for about 2 years. It's always understaffed and there is always a wait. The people tend to be friendly, but they need another person there all the time as there's just too much demand at this location.

Wonderful customer service from Jay at the counter! I made a mistake and had the wrong label for a return package, and he was kind enough to assist me in correcting it, all in less than two minutes! Very friendly and professional!

Caught an attitude towards me due to her own mistake - rudely that I need to tell her if it’s a drop off or return when the first thing out of my mouth was “I need to drop this off” Package already had label ready to ship (the label she needed to scan) - ridiculous , not to mention she only greeted me after one of her coworkers said be right with you as she was helping someone alreadyHow great to have your mood killed for what should of been a 2 second drop off

First class service. I walked in, handed them my shipping label and product, got my receipt and walked out…. As simple as that… less than a minute. Friendly and courteous staff. I will return to do all my shipping!

The most incompetent group of people. Every single time I go in for a notary there is always an issue but I can go to the Blue Diamond location and be perfectly fine and get my documents taken care. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place has lost my outgoing packages twice now. Had to file claims that took over a month to get my money back all because someone can't figure out how to return packages or put it in the right area.

This morning there were 9 customers in line and two employees. Waited close to 15 minutes while I was the 4th one in line. Not once did I see either employee smile, show emotion or display and kind of customer service. They both looked miserable and as if they disliked being there. When I stepped up to get a receipt for my two pre-paid packages - no eye contact, no greeting, no how can I help, no anything. Just a "next."Thank goodness I rarely use UPS. But next time I'll be visiting another location.

This place is busy and ask the staff to do crazy stuff, then don’t like the price. If you know how to send a package, this place is a godsend over going to the actual post office on pebble.

Hire people that want to be there and do their job. I get it is not the most fun, high paying, or satisfying job. And I get how frustrating it can be to deal with people, especially rude ones all day. But if I'm walking in there and paying for a service, I expect to speak to someone who knows what they're doing, does their job, and makes you leave happy and confident your package/paperwork or whatever you are getting done is in good/safe hands. I'm not even going back for amazon returns. I'd rather go to Kohls for that.

Went here yesterday to drop off an Amazon return. I was the only customer and there were two young male workers wearing masks behind the counter. They were both polite and efficient however I was charged $1.28 for a poly bag for my Amazon return. I've never been charged when I do an Amazon return because UPS has always accepted returns and repackage them. I guess this is a new policy.
