I've been to this location a couple times and they've been helpful and customer service is reasonably good. I had to make a return to a non-Amazon 3rd party and they helped with printing the label and sealing the package and shipping for me. The prices are reasonable and you're not waiting in the long line at the post office. I normally go to another location , but I've been here at least twice and no complaints.

Don’t go there!! I have been going there for ten years. Not anymore. The owner loves charging people $2 for a piece of tape!!! Downtown Summerlin UPS store will not charge you AND their employees are friendly!!! When Nick is there, it is a better experience.

I was provided exemplary service by Nick. I urgently needed a package that was addressed incorrectly by the shipper and the UPS main hub was very unhelpful. Nick went above and beyond to make sure he tracked down my package that same day and he was able to secure it for me. I am so grateful to him.

This place is a joke she charge me $3.00 to tape the return label to the box I told her this label is for Amazon you shouldn’t charge me anything but she keep refusing I never have this issue with kohls just go there they scan my return and even they gave me receipts. But UPS acting weird you have been reported to Amazon and they will investigate your actions .

Went in yesterday to mail Amazon return and wanted to get 25 documents notarized. Cashier told me that the box needed to be taped and if I had any tape in my car? Really? Advised I could buy a piece of tape for $2. Really? I immediately left laughing. Went to another location, where they don’t charge for tape. Especially since I was doing $375 in notary fees. I’m sure this store is in the business of making money. Maybe train a little better and understand I wasn’t only in there for tape. Which I asked if a notary was available. Great business model.
