We had to ship a number of boxes, including fragile items to our daughter. The staff at the store was incredibly patient and helpful.

The attitude of employee 156040 is just NOT right. They’re always rude, stressed out and impatient. 2nd time I interact with them and they’re always speaking with an arguing tone and have little patience to explain things calmly and kindly. It’s always stressful interacting with them. They always seem to be annoyed getting a word out of their mouth. and of course no greering no have a nice day nothing. It’s like they’re doing a favor by servicing you. Don’t get me wrong, Everyone else in this location is kind and nice. But I’m now avoiding going here just to avoid to have to deal with this employee again. I don’t know how you can work in customer service with such an attitude. I literally even avoid to speak to them now to avoid to having to argue.

Love this location . Very friendly & helpful staff and ended up costing less than what i expected.They offered me different options and prices . I will use them 100% if i am this side of the town . They also offered me mailbox special and shredding special they doing for this month. They open 7 days a week thats the plus point .

Had a bunch of notarizing and other paperwork to complete which I knew meant I would be tying up an associate for a while. I was so happy to have Alex help me. The one time I came here was to get my passport photo and he helped me. The paperwork I had to do was rather sensitive and he gracefully assisted as my state of mind was not very stable. Tears were trying to come out as I did everything, but Alex made me feel a sense of calm. What an amazing associate you have! I will go back to this store more often because of this. Please commend him for his attention to detail and having such a good heart. Not very common these days. ?

This UPS Store branch is the best !! They are very approachable and knowledgeable with what they do in helping our business thrive from shipping to using UPS store as our mailing address etc. and it’s so worth it! We have used USPS before and we were so turned of that our packages have been tampered how many times that we have to transfer to UPS store as soon as possible because of this. We never had problems from then on ! We love this UPS branch and hoping for more years of doing business with you guys !!!

Best Ups store in town, the owner and the other employees are always extremely nice and helpful.They are always welcome with smile.Great for service and timeliness. Willing to help and save you a lot of hassle as well as help you decide on what is the best way to ship your package. They are very knowledgeable with international shipping as well.They have notary available most of the time.

The best delivery service I have use. People here mostly kind and efficienct. I run a tiny small business have package all the time. They are reliable. I never had one issue with the packages I drop off here. I live in the community at the back of this literally 10 minutes walk 2 minutes drive. Unfortunately vons next door closed. But Please Please stay. We need your shop here.
