Don't consign at this store. They take more than 20%.They don't allow you to set your own pricing but only your total payout. For example, lets say you want a payout of 400. If they actually take 20%, the shoe should get listed for 500. Instead they mark it up to 700. Insane. They take $2/month per shoe. In the beginning, I was fine with it since it makes sense that they're doing this to encourage price drops and move shoes quicker, but they're doing the opposite. They set their own pricing which is unreasonably high. Obviously, shoes are going to sit when you're charging this much especially in this economy. They're purposely doing this so they earn the extra $2/month per shoe from you.I asked how much it costs to send one pair of dunks back to me. I live in California and it costs $40 to send only ONE pair back? To ship a Home Depot XL box with that fits 12 pairs costs only $50. It don't make sense and they don't want to give any details either. It's quite clear they want to trap your shoes, so when you withdraw, you're paying them a hefty amount. Very scummy. It's one-sided business. Trust me, don't work with them. Shoes will sit, even popular pairs because their pricing is unreasonably high! At this point, I'm well convinced that their business model is to screw consignors and get every single dollar and not actually try to move shoes quick.

Did consignment with these guys. They had the shoes for about 3 months. Charging me $2 a month for storage fee which is fine but dumb as well. Asked to return these back to me and charged me $54 for a shipping label which is ridiculous. It’s one shoe. It cost me $20 max with insurance to ship to them. Emailed to ask if I can make my own label they can use and never got a response. Terrible customer service and ridiculous to charge somebody that much for a label guess there tryijg to make Money off a shipping label too. Don’t do consignment with these guys u less you wanna leave your shoes with them for 1-2 years! Plus $2 a month for storage. Bad business do not recommend

The Las Vegas store has a gorgeous collection of authentic CHANEL handbags and other items. NEW and unusual styles and classic Chanel bags. Prices are what you would expect for Chanel, but you can't find these bags in the boutiques - what a happy surprise to find Chanel @ Urban Necessities!

Update review: Tourist Beware!!!!! Purchased these shoes while I was in Vegas last week. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful. I had the shoes shipped to my house. I was very shocked to see that they were already damaged. Thankfully, I was able to get a shipping label and get an exchange. Still upset that I didn't get the pair that I didn't try on in the store, but happy they are exchanging. Recommend to purchase in the store and stuff them in your suitecase.

If you are in Vegas and in the market for sneakers and or street wear this is the one and only shop. Best selection, best customer service, and best snack options.

No different than any other re sell store. besides the fact they markups are wild. 100-300$ extra markup on top of the market price. So if you looking for something check the market for value. But its Vegas so I get it. They have a very good selection of you willing to pay.

They sold my wife a pair of Jordan 1 Mids as “Crimson Tint” that were actually “Arctic Orange”. About a $200 price difference. Since we don’t live in Vegas and can’t just go back to the store, we’ve tried contacting them by every means possible, multiple times with no response. Ghosting customers after selling an incorrect, more expensive product is terrible business.
