given the other reviews here, seems like it’s not uncommon for the employees to suck. it’s especially not cool for them to profile customers. some short Asian male was following my partner and I around the store even tho we weren’t doing anything suspicious and just wanted to look around. weird that he would just so happen to be “cleaning” the perfume area we were in, only for him to abruptly stop the second we left. did not feel safe and welcome.

Came in last night just to browse and check out what baggu bags were available. unfortunately i had a horrible experience due to an employee following me around the store. me and my partner were looking at perfumes when we noticed a short male Asian employee with a hat. He was following us around the store and talking on the headset. as soon as we left an area he would stop “organizing” the section right behind us. it’s unfortunate that this store thinks it’s okay to profile me and my partner. it’s mind blowing considering there were 10+ teenagers in there that weren’t being followed. it’s also sad considering half of my outfit that day was bought at this urban outfitters. i don’t think ill return and i warn other people of color to hesitate before coming here.

dressing room attendant wearing pink & white with bows 9/27 was kinda rude, didn’t say anything and only used hand signals and rolled her eyes multiple times when “helping” us. not very welcoming, probably wouldn’t return if she were working that day :(

This place is a disappointment. Used to go to the UO in Fashion Show Mall. Loved that store. This place is much closer to me. But comparing the two locations, this Summerlin branch is very plain. I thought at first maybe it was because they just moved there. ( used to be Forever 21 store). But they've been there for a few years now. They haven't done much to decorate and improve this place. Just not appealing or welcoming at all. You can see that right when you come in. Hope they do something about it.

The 3 girls working this morning were mindnumbingly incompetent. I'm a business owner and would be furious to see how horribly they are ran the store this morning. Customers were looking at eachother in disbelief as we watched the clown show.

I absolutely love this location... STILL! Such a great selection of clothing, jewelry, and even home items. They've definitely expanded their home items by a lot since my last review. They've added a couple of display tables here and there.Their dressing rooms are so spacious and clean!!!Tons of records from all genres, lots of graphic tees, cute little gifts. Urban Outfitters is the best stop for gift shopping. There is something for absolutely everybody here! Check out their stocking-stuffer sections and the check out line for smaller gifts.All things trendy and affordable here.
