Yikes, I am here in line waiting to cash a check. 20 min. For 2 tellers to be scheduled on a Friday before holidays. Just not understanding why are so many businesses cutting employees or hours ?

I have received an incorrect invoice for a safety deposit box at this branch, with instructions to call the bank if there any problems. The issue is that nobody ever picks up the phone. I have now called 9 times! After the phone rings out, a recorded message tells me to call 1-800-USBank, but when I call them, they tell me I have to call the bank. Everything with US bank these days involves going around and round in circles, with customer service has become non existent. The branch is already miles away because my local ones were closed, but it looks like I'll have to drive down there. Convenient for them, not for customers

How are you going to have an ATM, but have it in the building & only allow people to have access to it during business hours? That is asinine, ATMs are meant to be used around the clock. Look at Chase! They may lock it up, but with your card, you can open the doors and use the ATM!

I have been using this US Bank branch for years and I have noticed the decline of staff for quite some time because yet again another corporation who only staffs 1-2 tellers at a time to service the entire bank. When you walk in it is absolutely insanity they have 10-20 people in line and 1-2 tellers working the drive through and the banking area. There is a reason they built the branch to accommodate eight teller windows. It was to have a space for eight people to work. This bank was built when we had half the population that we have now in Las Vegas. I can't imagine they would need 6 tellers less in this day in age. Stop cutting necessary jobs. This is absolutely disgusting!

Went in today as a Business customer to US Bank on Sahara and had an incredibly helpful experience with Jennifer M. We were having trouble getting paid by a client who needed bank specific information and paperwork and Jennifer went above and beyond to help us figure out what we need and how she could help. She also set us up with a Business Banker to help us avoid issues in the future. Thank you Jennifer!

The tellers are great but only 1-2 working inside and drive through with a 30 minute line process all 5 times I've been in this summer! They had several employees walking around behind the tellers but never helping customers every time I'm in there! 45 minutes today??

I'm currently waiting in line behind 4 others for service. Only 2 tellers behind the counter. Most of the branches have closed and this is 1 of 2 that I know of that are left. Pick a different bank. After waiting almost a 1/2 hour I finally just left because they could not seem to process not even 1 person. I have been banking with US bank for over 20 years and they are no longer my primary bank. They just do not function properly anymore.

I have to preface this review with a disclaimer: I do not bank here. Been a long time happy Chase customer. However, my mom was looking for a mortgage loan and came across US Bank loan officer Isela Quintana. She was pre-approved and appreciated that Isela spoke Spanish as it's my mom's first language. This was February 2022. Isela did a hard credit inquiry and approved my mom for her loan. As we all now, housing supply is extremely low so it took a couple months for my mom to find her home. To our surprise, not only had interest rates gone up since the initial loan approval, Isela had not frozen her approved interest rate so now it was almost double her original rate. A heads up by the loan officer, whose job it is to monitor fluctuations in interest rates, at the very least would have been great. Once we requested, she froze the interest rate. However, this increased pushed my mom over the DTI threshold. Great. So Isela recommended a co-borrower which is where I come in. My first meeting with her went okay. She was nice enough but seemed distracted and had to be prompted for everything. Which is hard when you've never been through the home-buying process, but then it just got worse and worse. We had several instances where she would not communicate with us about the current standing of the loan unless we asked or she needed documents from us. For example, on several different occasions she sent email requests for additional documentation asking for us to provide 'at your earliest convenience', then if the documents were not sent within a couple of hours she would text us stating it was urgent. If the documents were urgent, I would think that should have been said in the email or at least give us a deadline or a heads up of when the request is expected to be fulfilled. Also, she never communicated progress of the loan or upcoming important dates such as escrow closing until the day of and only if she needed additional documents from us. This is extremely frustrating. Adults work, and very rarely is one able to step away to gather documents on a drop of a dime. After the 3rd time of her requesting documents 'immediately or we would lose the loan', I made a comment stating (verbatim as it was via text) 'This is very unprofessional of you to not communicate this to me sooner' and she responded stating the email request said 'Urgent ASAP', which I checked again, it did not. As usual, the email stated 'at your earliest availability'. My apologies but I am not available while I'm at work, if a request is indeed urgent then that needs to be communicated to me or else I will not step away to fulfill it until I have a break from work. Then she proceeded to state, 'I do not appreciate your comment if you want to help your mom please help by completed the documents when requested.' I'm not sure how anyone could say that was an appropriate professional response to my comment. It was snarky and uncalled for. Especially since we've already had to basically do her job for her to try to make up some of the increase interest rate by buying points, inquiring about the bank helping with a point as well, and basically anything else we were able to find via google. Needless to say, she has been extremely unhelpful and short with me since that interaction and every time something new comes up I kick myself for not switching to a different loan officer. Buyers beware - if you're experienced in buying real-estate and want a loan officer you can guide through the process, then Isela is your gal. If you're new to the process and are looking for someone that will help you, then I recommend you pick someone else.

Bank elsewhere! Find a financial institution that cares about you and your money. This bank has given false and misleading information to me for OVER a month. They ran me around town promising me a solution to my problem, to which there was NO solution! I can not stress enough what a horrible experience I had with this bank. They provided ZERO help to me and have refused to give me my own money.

I'm updating my review because the service was much better when I went back to the bank recently. There was only a small line, and the teller was polite when I requested several rolls of quarters. A more pleasant experience overall.

Like being in a bad relationship and they do everything they can to keep you in a bad relationship.First of all, I've been a customer for over 20 years and the way I was treated this year has made me hate this bank and want to stay as far away as possible. #1 Tried to cash out several CDS since I was making only a ridiculously low interest rate. Went to the bank and the petite brunette agent who likes to wear short skirts and heeled boots was the representative who "helped" me. I brought the forms from the new bank and needed an account statement. I was told that I had to physically go to the bank to get a statement. In the age where everything is digital, I find it strange that you can't download a statement from your CD account when you download checking, savings, credit card statements from the website. So fine, went to the bank and the ineptitude and false info from the employees are the example of how to break a customer's trust. The rep first told me that I brought the wrong forms, which was not true since this is not my first rodeo with closing out CDs from US bank. When I told her, she played stupid and said, "Ooooh ya you have the forms from the bank and they will initiate the transfer over to you." Duh. That's what the forms say. Then I asked for a bank statement. She spent 15 minutes typing my account number onto a word document and gave them to me. I told them that this is not a bank statement and then she proceeded to print out the right forms with the incomplete account numbers telling me it was for security purposes, yet she just typed up my entire account numbers on a previous paper. Then they try to scare me with their measly early withdrawal fees. #2 Next I applied to be refinanced for a house and was denied because of a late payment from the previous loan holder. Is that ridiculous or what? Needless to say I immediately applied to two other mortgage companies and was financed within 2 months. So they lost my business there too.Not to mention the long lines. They had 1 teller and 1 client specialist on a weekday early afternoon. No one wants to spend 40 minutes in a bank just to cash a check.Hey guys, you want to keep your customers and their money, trying to use these desperate measures is not a way to hold onto a customer. Stay far away. P.S. Chase is a great option and there's where I'm moving my business to.

Worst bank/branch I've ever done banking with. Unqualified staff, long lines, computers constantly down. Can't get away from them fast enough.
