I went in to get a money order. By the time I got to the I was in so much pain (I'm a disabled veteran) the teller made sure I had a chair to sit on. When we were done she told me I could sit there until I felt better. Thank u to the young lady who took a little extra time with me. To U S Bank you need to keep that young lady

I really needed help and the other location close to this one was short staffed ! But Jack H. Really helped and knew exactly what to do . I had all my documents and he submitted everything.

Went to US Bank on Eastern Ave in Henderson to open a CD as they were offing specials on CD's. Stood in the lobby waiting for someone to acknowledge us or let us know they would be with us shortly.... NEVER happened!! Waited in the regular teller line as they could not avoid eye contact like the otheres. After listening to a lot of non-business talk, we finally got someone to ask us what we needed. After showing the mailer we received and let them know our desire to open CD's, we were told that they were busy and couldn't help us. There was no sense of urgency or interest in obtaining our business. We then drove up the street to Edward Jones who was happy to take a check for $400,000 and even offered a better rate than US Bank. US Bank didn't seem to care. What they really don't understand is that once other investments mature, there is a lot more money/retirement to invest. Edwards Jones understood that and was happy to assist. Do yourself a favor and avoid waiting your time at US Bank as it seems they don't need or want your business.

Bad customer service, 3 people in front of me and it took 35min to deposit cash. No sense of urgency. Two workers in the back looked like they didn't want to help. It's the third time I had to wait so long. Avoid this place

I dealt with Jose Cruz (universal banker) to do a simple transaction that I've done many times before and he said he can't do it without even trying. I ask for a branch manager and he was no where to be found at 4pm on a Thursday. So no one was able to assist me beyond Jose. Jose please update your training. Bad service

I dealt with Jose Cruz (universal banker) to do a simple transaction that I've done many times before and he said he can't do it without even trying. I called twice today to ask a question or two. I was immediately put on hold twice for too long.now I understand they were busy. But apparently they need more help. I didn't get to ask what I called to ask either.

I've been a us bank customers for many years and by far this is the worst branch i have ever delt with they laughed at me lied to and never felt like this ever this helpless and wouldnt allow me access to my funds made up a lie and sent me on my way i went to the branch on charleston near main instead and they were very polite and professional unlike this branch

This bank is the worst bank ive ever delth with it took almost 2 months to get ny bank card and gad it for almost a month and they decide to close it cause it was reported lost .. Im home sick with food poisoning trying to pay my bills. And cant because of that .. So now im going to have to pay late fees .. All becauae the mabager there wont work with me on restating my card. When it was not me who reported it stole. It feel like i have to ask permission to use my own damm money. I would not give 1 star . but i gad to inorder to post the review.
