I had a issue with the chat feature in the mobil appt. so call customer service and just could not get the help i needed. sow went in the bank.and in 10 minutes my issue was fix .customer service was excellent.

Second time trying to use this location. The lines are long and the systems are down frequently. The tellers seem to not care and are comfortable telling people to come back another day. I will be staying with who I bank with.

Operating hours are incorrect. They close at 2pm on Saturday. Update your hours so your customers can plan accordingly

I had an appointment to open a business account with Isaac Torres and he completely blew me off. The fact that I had to wait half a week to get an appointment is rediculous.

What's worse than being mistreated by your bank you may wonder. The answer is your own mother being mistreated. ISAAC TORRES is the root of this survey. What our middle age(non English speaking) Hispanic community looks for is guidance and support in their own language from their financial institution. He was asked if he spoke Spanish and his answer was yes(as she doesn't demand to be spoken to in her language but rather hopes to define someone that does). When asked a few more complex questions (that he should have answered as every associate that speaks a language other than English must pass a certification for) refused to answer and became irate towards her. He asked her to step aside as she was looking for a check to deposit. Another person went by as she found the check when she approached him to finish her transactions he told her to get to the back of the line ! And before my mother could ask why Isaac just pointed to the back of the line and looked away. I have never met a person as disgustingly rude as he was from any USBank location . I expect this to be escalated to the current District Manager. As well as the manner this associate was disciplined.

Tried to cash my check here but because I did not have address verification they would not let me cash my check but they made me sign it and then said no I could not cash it. So I then could not cash my check anywhere else due to them making me sign the check and not cashing it. When I confronted it they pretty much took NO RESPONSIBILITY...SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A CHECK I CANT CASH.SMH

Poor customer service. I went to deposit $569 and was told by the teller that I only had $469. Three dollars of that amount was in quarters and for some reason the teller thought it was OK to make a rude remark about it to his coworker. I ended up getting ripped off by a 100 dollars because as I mentioned earlier the teller claimed I only had 469. I expected for him to either count the money in front of me or at least give it back to me so that I could recount it in front of him. That did not happen. I called customer service to complain about it and they advised me to call and speak to the branch manager. I did that reluctantly because my gut feeling was that it would be a waste of time and I was right. I requested they check their cameras and his response was "I could ask my district manager but I doubt they do that for a hundred dollars. "

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to withdraw $500 at the ATM, which I sat on the ledge below the ATM to adjust room in my wallet. I then forgot about the money I had just withdrew. I understand this and acknowledge it was my fault, but when I contacted the bank to see if they could look at the camera footage they refused. I talked to multiple managers about this issue and all they told me was there is nothing they could do. They refused to look at the footage and stated that the cameras are only for the banks protection not the customers. I would suggest not banking at US Bank as they are not there to provide decent services to their customers and are only looking out for themselves.

So I open my account at a different branch and that branch closed so my account was transferred to hear. I got a very rude phone call by the branch manager because she had questions that need to be answered! So I answered them but I hurt her feelings so her and Chanelle chargualaf Decided to close my account even though I have an 800 credit rating and I’ve never been late on any payments in over 20 years! The bankers here are extremely sensitive and will close your account if they feel like their feelings have been hurt in anyway shape or form. Sheep I tell you! Then when you call back and talk to somebody to make sense of things team woman has already decided your fate!Update! I opened a new account with Wells Fargo I received $200 just for doing so they looked over my mortgage and reduced it by $176 a month got me into a 20 year loan a savings of 8600 and change over the 20 years. So what was meant to be punishment Turned into a godsend!

Worst customer service in the whole wide world spoke with a customer service rep name onto Otoro wax me what do he think he should do very rude line as long as people been in line forever you have a multiple of employees working behind the counter with one man doing all the work no one has came out instead it’s gonna take a while I showed any type of customer service etiquette
