Update to my 12/19/2023 Review. In Dec I had received an incorrect invoice for a safety deposit box at this branch, with instructions to call the bank if there any problems. As nobody ever picks up the phone, after more than 9 attempts to reach the bank by phone, I was forced to visit in person, which involves a long and inconvenient drive. But at least in person, I was assured by the very pleasant banker that everything was resolved. But it wasn't. Today, 2.5 months later, I receive yet another incorrect invoice for the same box, with more late charges, and threats to deduct them from my account. It appears that absolutely nothing I was promised has actually occurred. I've tried calling the branch again, but of course, nobody answers the phone. Everything with US bank these days involves going around and round in circles. The 1-800 number cannot do anything, and just tells me to call the branch (which doesn't answer). The complete lack of organization and customer service is staggering.

Update: They dont really read your reviews based on the recent reply. Ai generated replies would be better. Tried different times. Early in the morning twice, once more time at lunch, and now late afternoon. 9 people in line, I am tenth, and as I walk in the manager goes into a meeting taking one of four tellers away. Businesses: work with another bank. Patrons, bank with another place. I personally signed up for SoFi and it is the best for online. Also, check out this line. Two people who walked in after me started talking about how they're going to switch banks. I really hope they do. I'm literally going to campaign to get my boss' company to switch banks. This place is THE WORST.

This bank is the worst. Between the tellers lack of customer service and the lack of services available from the bank, they don't even deserve the 1 star. Why would I have to count my cash before they agree to deposit it. Went in with about 1k in dollar bills and they refused to accept it without me giving them an exact total. Do they not have a machine that counts this for them?

I made appointment on-line to confirm someone would be with me in timely manner. I walked it at my appointment time and was immediately greeted by security office who had a firm tone and directed me to wait in line. I informed her I had an appointment with Ashley. She went to speak to a teller, don’t know if her name was Ashley because the guard proceeded to ask me to “sit in the middle”. I then waited fifteen minutes when there was no one at teller lines, one gentleman being helped by two ladies and no one greeted me, asked me to wait longer, or even thanked me for waiting and will be with me shortly. I looked around and I was invisible to the tellers who were conversing away. It is now 2pm and I’ve walked out. Sad that I came in to open business account and they lost out on it. Horrible customer service! I will never go to this branch

I have had problems in the past but I got to work with Geraldine Godinez she did a fantastic job was very knowledgeable and professional she had the patience to walk me through everything I needed which was a lot .I wish US Bank had more employees like Geraldine .She should get an award for her job well done .

Went in today as a Business customer to US Bank on Sahara and had an incredibly helpful experience with Jennifer M. We were having trouble getting paid by a client who needed bank specific information and paperwork and Jennifer went above and beyond to help us figure out what we need and how she could help. She also set us up with a Business Banker to help us avoid issues in the future. Thank you Jennifer!

Bad service, the security guard told me I went the wrong way when I used thẻ ATM door and there are way too little tellers.

The tellers are great but only 1-2 working inside and drive through with a 30 minute line process all 5 times I've been in this summer! They had several employees walking around behind the tellers but never helping customers every time I'm in there! 45 minutes today??

I'm currently waiting in line behind 4 others for service. Only 2 tellers behind the counter. Most of the branches have closed and this is 1 of 2 that I know of that are left. Pick a different bank. After waiting almost a 1/2 hour I finally just left because they could not seem to process not even 1 person. I have been banking with US bank for over 20 years and they are no longer my primary bank. They just do not function properly anymore.

This is without a doubt the worst branch in the history of banks.A guard that is loud and obnoxious and too little tellers for the amount of customers.You MUST do something about this US Bank.I hope you do before my wife and I change banks.

The teller gave me unsolicited unlicensed financial advise immediately without me asking for it, spoke about my finances out loud, criticized me for renting my home, told me her mortgage is half of my rent, asked me personal questions about my housing/ businesses, all publicly in front of other customers. I travel nationally for work and the mortgage on the house I am renting would be thousands more than I am paying. If you care about your own privacy try another location.

The drive-through ATM is not working again. I went inside to let the security guard know, thinking they could let management know. Instead, the security officer informed me that they were aware that the ATM was down. I asked why there wasn't a sign on the machine to let customers know there was an issue. Her reply was, "it's not my job." Wow.. speechless. It saddens me that people are unwilling to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
