Went thru drive thru around 11 am today to cash a ck for 300, the girl throws 300 in the tube and walks away, no eye contact, no ty, nothing. Please replace her with a good person that wants and needs a job, you won't regret it, I promise.

Standing in line waiting to get money and all of the tellers/employees are with customers on the floor except one that won't even look our way!! Are we low staffed incompetent what's going on here!!

The people here have always been kind and easy to work with but they seem to have become pretty understaffed. The wait to make a drive through transaction has gone from 10 minutes a year or so ago to half an hour now with no dedicated teller for their drive through like there used to be. Since there’s no communication from inside until it’s your turn in line once you send your paperwork through the tube you have no idea how long the wait will be before you are helped. Be ready for a wait at this location.

I was very satisfied with my visits to this branch, I was well attended to by a very professional and qualified team. From the moment you walk through the doors they welcome you with great warmth and make you feel very comfortable.

Great customer service. Even though there was a line, they acknowledged customers walking in and assured help in a timely manner.
Other US Bank branches don’t do this and it makes a big difference. It says ‘we see you’ and I appreciated that. Also the teller was very personable and helpful.

the atm machine wasn't working, and i needed to make a withdrawal, so i went to the drive-thru.i waited over 10 minutes for them to do their job, and i went and knocked on the glass window and told them, "I'm here, and I've been waiting to make a withdrawal."the guy said, "There's many people in front of me, and they can't help me in the drive thru!" Then he sent my stuff back in the tube.there was only 1 person inside the bank, there was no line.i called them and complained, and finally, after another 20 minutes, i finally got my money.there is no more customer support or customer service here.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BANK!!
I HAVE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT, CHECKING, A BUSINESS ACCOUNT, A DEBIT ACCOUNT, A CREDIT ACCOUNT, ETC.. I PUT ALL MY TRUST IN THIS BANK AND I FEEL DISAPPOINTED.. THE BANKERS IN THIS BRANCH ARE ALWAYS AGGRESSIVE AND NOT EMPATHY AT ALL WITH CUSTOMERS WHO PUT ALL THEIR MONEY IN THEIR HANDS, ALWAYS CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER, I MAKE MY DEPOSITS EVERY MONTH AND THEY TELL ME THAT THE NEXT DAY IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AND IT'S A LIE, THEY TAKE 15 DAYS OR MORE WITH MY MONEY AND THEY DO WHATEVER THEY WANT WITH MY ACCOUNTS, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL, TODAY I AM GOING TO CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS BUT NOT WITHOUT FIRST LEAVING THEM A SUPER REVIEW SO THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW THIEVES AND LIARS THEY ARE.

This review is for service consultant Joyce L Hernandez. I had insurance claim check that had to be endorsed by the mortgage company (US Bank) in order to fix my home. I was greeted by Joyce! Unfortunately, the process can be a bit difficult due to a lot of obstacles. Joyce worked very diligently and I was well on my way after. Thank you Joyce for your great customer service. You truly show that customer service is still relevant today more than ever!
