I'll preference this by saying I've been banking with US bank for 10 years.The atms at this (and most other) location rarely work. Including both the drive thru and walk up at being down with a sign that says "ATM out of service for month xx, 2022" So they can't even be bothered to get the year right. I also had this atm freeze up and keep my card, only to be told that they couldn't return it to me. The only response I've gotten from US bank is to contact their 800 number to report ATM issues, which is not at all helpful

Terrible bank. I work for a company who uses this bank for reasons I'm unsure of. and some how our deposits keep getting "lost" and as a manager for the company now the money gets takin from my paychecks because the bank keeps "losing" our deposits

Terrible bank I forgot to leave a review but I went to the drive thru ATM late at night I entered my card and cash all of a sudden it gives me my card back but not my cash ... I wait there 20 minutes call the 800 number no help at all don't come here at night very unprofessional took 500$ away I did receive it back but 2 weeks later lol

THE WORST US BANK BRANCH IN VEGAS! GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH OR MOVE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER BANK.Every time I go to this US Bank branch, I have issues. When I entered the branch, today, there was an elderly man cursing the teller. I thought to myself, I totally understand your frustration. Today, after waiting for over 30 minutes for the teller to get approval for a cashier's check, I was told they were out of checks. What a waste of my time.US BANK, YOU SHOULD EITHER, CLOSE THIS BRANCH, FIRE THE STAFF OR TRAIN THEM! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

It is rare that someone can WOW me on customer service, but I was so Impressed with the knowledge and patience from the Client Relationship Consultant Cristian that I had to write a review.Cristian was patient with me and assisted with something like CoBrowsing to Show Me How to Activate My Business Debit Card and Where the Account Number and Routing Number was in my own US Bank App!It is rare to have someone so energetic, enthusiastic, patient and uplifting to help an old grumpy guy like me LOL ; - ))

Horrible customer service i was going to open a new accnt today but now im taking my money across the street. they have 1 useless banker counting pennies for 1 person and others waiting. I dont know who manages this branch but its clear from the unprofessional behavior of these people that they must of fired the manager and replaced them with a hotline to call or something just as useless.

Visit this location because they allow to withdrawal money from unemployment card w/o charge. 2nd time I went for visit and withdrawal teller from first visit remembered which is always a good feeling. Especially considering 2nd visit tho assisted by someone else took longer for transaction started to worry. Needless to say no issues either time and even tho I do not have an account thru them would recommend

Las Vegas child support switched to this bank from BofA and I have had nothing short of a bad experience with this card. Lost card, called they told me they can't replace the card until child support changes the address on their end and after that it would take five business days before they will get the change. It's been two weeks no address change they can't give me an account apparently can't walk into the bank with my ID to get my money. There is no communication and no one seems to know anything. This is so frustrating was better off with the other bank.

I went to do a wire transfer at this location. The banker had no idea what he was doing. He wasted an hour of my time sitting there while he kept entering the info wrong and the document kept on rejecting the submission because of it. He made the same mistake few times until finally he said it’s all good. After I got home two hours later he called me and asked me to go back again because he entered the wrong account number again. So I went back and when I got there he told me we can’t do the transfer because it’s too late. He totally wasted my time all morning till afternoon and after all the transfer was not done. I am left with All that wasting time and extreme aggravation which was for nothing, just because the banker was not professional and focused on his job, who had no idea how to do his job.

4 employees sat around chatting while a line of 6 people sat for 10+ minutes each to wait for the one teller on hand to help the line. Why not hire all UB's so they can do cash handling and assist. Dirty branch, logos on the floor all torn. Wrong name tags and business cards sitting out for the employee. Dirty branch and literally No employee other then the young man who was the teller apologizing for the wait So wonder Usbank is failing as one of the top banks.

I was made to stand outside the doors when I could clearly see bare 6ft marking on the floor and only 3 customers inside. The security guard insisted that you could only allow 10 in the building so the must mean there are 7 employees. Maximum capacity says 10 apparently including employees. Interesting. I need to understand how one can conduct business banking like this. Aren’t the tellers behind glass and doors. Find another location or another bank.
