I went to the bank to close existing checking, savings accounts and to reopen new accounts due to suspected fraud. I was helped by Isabel L. who was very knowledgeable of what I needed done and spent the time required to accomplish this request. Her personality makes a customer feel like they are important not just a number. I would recommend working with her and I personally will try to work with her every time I go to the branch.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I deposited a check and they put a hold on it. First I was told 3 days. Then I was told 5 days. They ended up holding my check 10 days .....it was only 1400 not a huge amount! In the mean time I had scheduled payments come out of my account and they charged overdraft fees!!!! When I called and asked to speak to a manager they told me one would call me in 4 days!!!!!!!!!

I want to Thank Ralph for his amazing service and help! We went into a branch because we had fraud on our account and Ralph listened, extremely helpful, very sympathetic and even gave us ideas about how to avoid situations like ours. He was also the only banker there that was working fast to help as many people as he could in line as the line got 10 deep while we were there. He was so fast and efficient without making anyone he helped feel rushed. Thank you for having Ralph as a banker at my home branch!!! Thank you Ralph.

Really poor customer service bank is holding a check i physically cashed there won’t give me any reason I called customer support they say I have to call this branch specially and they don’t even answer the phones and I call every day 4-8 times a day and no answer.

I would like to congratulate this branch of US Bank for having the wisdom to employ Ms. Kimberly Arcos. She managed an otherwise difficult matter with professionalism and a rare quality in financial institutions, grace.I walked in stressed and came out relieved.

There were 2 people ahead of me when I walked in the branch at 4:42pm. I was still in line waiting at 5:15pm. I needed to make a deposit that day so I couldn't leave. To say was ridiculous is an understatement.

There is always a long wait and the tellers are just standing around while there are 20 ppl standing in line and only 2 tellers working and 1 disappeared in the back office and 2 are in the drive thru and 2 sitting in the office

This review is not about this particular branch but U.S. Bank's website. The worst on planet earth. I have just spent 20 minutes trying to log in and gave up. This is not a one-off. It's always unbelievably slow. In the past they maintained I was using the wrong kind of browser for their website (?). So I used the browser they said would work better. But it didn't. I have just tried Avast Secure Browser, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. None worked. I never have the least bit of a problem on any other website in the world. I have free checking because I'm a veteran but it's worth paying to get something that's at least adequate.

Do NOT put your money in US BANK!!!! My brother who is a disable vet has been trying for 2 months to get his money and the managers have treated him poorly and with NO compassion.Shame on you US Bank

So i don't bank here, but i think I'm going to open an account. I was here to withdraw funds from the atm of a family member. While waiting for it to be free, i watched an old man attempt to open the door. The bank doesn't open until 11am on wed. Before i could react, the doors of the bank opened and out came banking staff. Little did i know, but he had fallen. The staff assisted in getting him back in his feet and allowed him to complete his transaction early even though they weren't open. This is not just a corporate company, but some very caring members of the community. It's so nice to see helpful and kind individuals.

Constantly given the run around by employees of this particular branch. Given tons of Misinformation as well. This bank should consider re training employees or provide better better initial training

First time visiting this US Bank branch on W Lake Mead. We needed a document notarized and another stamped w a 'Medallion stamp' (won't go into what that is-- strange stamp needed for identity verification when purchasing Treasury bonds). There were 2 customers in front of us. A teller invited us to her and asked us to sit. She asked if we had appointments and we did not. However, she looked up the calendar and fitted us in for an appointment right away. We then entered the office of Daniel Breaz. He notarized the document in a minute and although apparently not typical-- found a way to get the Medallion stamp done on the document w another appointment. Excellent service, professional, straightforward, polite attitude. Made our day. In choosing a bank branch-- do your research. It's not always a great experience especially w other banks such as Chase bank branches. I hope banks are reading reviews and making changes.
