It’s Tuesday and I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t let me in. If you’re open till 6 stay open till 6. if you want to close at 5:30 then close at 5:30. Follow the times you have listed on your door and Google business :)

Thanks for the help, Jake. I came at a great time, a Friday around 10-11am in September, 4-5 bankers working at the counter, no line and easy service. I like this location on the east side, drive through ATM too. It’s a stand-alone branch!

As long as your time doesn't matter, this bank will work! They LOVE LOVE LOVE keeping customers waiting in a long line while the tellers pretend to be busy doing heaven knows what. They move sooooo slowly they should have to pay us interest on the money we are waiting to deposit!

I went in to ask questions and Ervine was very quick to help get me to the right person. Leonie was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I ended up opening a money market savings account to meet my needs.

I went to attempt to cash a check from the IRS, I was told the only way to cash the check was to open an account. I was also told I’d have access to my funds in five days and would at least have a couple of hundred to get me by for the meantime. I have children that depend on me and bills due and being charged late fees as I write. I was lied to, that five days turned into ten days and that couple of hundred was also a lie, they said they didn’t know why I was told that and offered no help . I feel deceived and deeply disrespected.

I had gone to another branch and the treatment was terrible. I did not give up and I went to this branch where Mrs. Leonie helped me and since I do not know how to speak English, Miss Ashley was present to help me with the translation. I am delighted by the treatment of the two. If I had to go to the bank again, that's where I would go again.
