Horrible Bank to access your money had an issue with one of the tellers!the only Asian teller she gave me excuses about my name on my bank card! not matching my driver's license name ! She was very rude! I went to a different branch , and there was not a problem ! I am never go back to that branch!

These fokes dead as* put my account on hold for fraud bc my address was different when I opened my account they were aware of that. I provided proof then. Soon as my account unblocked I’m closing my account these people are scammers. There’s no reason that I have limited access to my money. A 1000 limit when bills are double that amount. Now I have to wait 2days to get my money

They will rip you off with Overdraft fees if someone force charges your account put you in the negatives and refuse to help you it's better to go with Chime or prepaid versus US Bank someone should investigate their company.

They took and processed my check told me to wait to it clear.then when it cleared they turned around and said fraud.then when I call their fraud team they say no fraud now they want to close my account and give me a cashier check and close the account after holding my money for three weeks and say I got seven to ten more days for my own money this is bad business

As far as accurate banking and little headaches I do my Buisness banking 95% online.I have a small Buisness and rely on my bank when I do have an issue. Good luck talking to anyone at a branch without a appt or on the phone, every time I call I get the automated message saying we cannot answer your call due to the current climate……. I don’t know what that means, all I can tell you is the when I need a person to help the branches do not deliver.

Manager - mr “m”. helped me out when a payment got credited to wrong us bank card (have 2). I have got good service, I think some problems are created by masks, plastic barriers and intercoms. Hard to hear! each other!

Called 1:30PM on 6/2/2021. Spoke with a woman there who hung up the phone on me. Unprofessional because she couldn't answer questions. Called back multiple times, they pretty much never answer phones here and service is useless.

The ATM is down half the time. I usually end up making my deposit even though this is my originating branch and is closest to my home.It feels less friendly inside since my favorite teller's job was eliminated. I miss Robbie. Thick plastic between is also off-putting, but that is understandable since their are so many bank robberies. It was probably the insurance companies idea.However, $30,000 worth of plastic is affordable, but a second ATM is not affordable. After the outrageous fees I get charged by US Bank and the lies they have told me and the insulting attitude by Ray and others has made me want to change banks. I have been waiting for the stimulus check for months and I should get one this week. My new bank or credit union will get my business. Ten years of banking and it keeps getting worse. The worst part is that after all this, they are still better than Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Chase.Time for a change. ATM is not working again. 4-1-2021.

ATM is always full, i drove to here from the other full ATM on Rancho and Sahara because that one was full too , not accepting cash or checks , is my third time , in a month, getting out from work and trying to do a deposit on my way home , and both are always useless in the morning
