I have used this branch for over 10 years whenever I come to Las Vegas. It is inside the Smiths store so I grab some food while Im there it is very accessible for Tourists It is right on the bus route on Tropicana Avenue. Most of the time they are busy but the line usually moves quickly. I have no issues with the Bank so I do recommend it.

Branch Manager was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable of the situation which had taken effect with my bank card. David was very helpful and nice and explained different solutions that I would be able to take to protect my bank card.

By far worst experience ive had anywhere! The lady that helped me was extremely rude!!! I went in on a Thursday evening 1/2/25 to make a deposit with a teller because I had forgotten my pin. First of all the way the handled the line was a joke no sense of urgency whatsoever! Two tellers was already helping someone, and the lady helped one person and disappeared for a while came back and was doing something else instead of first helping at least 1 customer just to help out with the line.
Mind you I had a baby and my 7 year old son who had a flu, So I waited to wait patiently under the circumstances. When the lady was finally ready to help a customer she called me and I gave her my deposit and card. Ive made couple of deposits here previously beforehand and never did they ask for my id as it was a deposit under $500. Therefore I left my id in my car. When I got to her the question she asked me was “Is this your account?” I said” yes” she then said she needed my id. I felt like by the tone of her voice she was profiling me only because I was a mess and I had put my cash in the ziplock. I feel like after that interaction she started being rude.
As far as I know their protocol is if its a deposit under $500 they dont need to id you. My branch experience is longer than this id rather discuss with someone.

I'm visiting Vegas and needed a US Bank Branch. This one was closest and open until 6. I was assisted by Michelle, and it was a very quick and efficient process. Great experience. Thank you!

I saw my balance last Saturday 7/29 after the last grocery as cleared. The direct deposit early that day that should have been 7/31. When I looked again early Monday the grocery amount cleared on Saturday went back as pending. There is a worker in that branch at 6130 W Tropicana Ave who reshuffles and made bad descriptions of my purchase. That employee should not be in the transaction division or not at all.

I noticed that the clerk inputting the daily transactions comes from the same country as mine using the same tormenting language for several times. That person has unclean spirit and should not be employed.My rating is not for the business but to the person concerned.

The people at this branch are very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me a temporary debit card and I had a new one within a week. Meanwhile, 3 weeks later I just received the replacement card that corporate was supposed to FedEx (they did not). On top of their failure to notify me that they cancelled my card I think I'll keep the extra one just in case.
