I'm visiting Vegas and needed a US Bank Branch. This one was closest and open until 6. I was assisted by Michelle, and it was a very quick and efficient process. Great experience. Thank you!

I saw my balance last Saturday 7/29 after the last grocery as cleared. The direct deposit early that day that should have been 7/31. When I looked again early Monday the grocery amount cleared on Saturday went back as pending. There is a worker in that branch at 6130 W Tropicana Ave who reshuffles and made bad descriptions of my purchase. That employee should not be in the transaction division or not at all.

I noticed that the clerk inputting the daily transactions comes from the same country as mine using the same tormenting language for several times. That person has unclean spirit and should not be employed.My rating is not for the business but to the person concerned.

The people at this branch are very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me a temporary debit card and I had a new one within a week. Meanwhile, 3 weeks later I just received the replacement card that corporate was supposed to FedEx (they did not). On top of their failure to notify me that they cancelled my card I think I'll keep the extra one just in case.

This branch has the absolute worst management I've ever seen. Lines will wrap around to the pharmacy area with only 1-2 tellers open.This is so frustrating when you can see the manager sitting down in her glass office with the door closed and other associates coming in and out of the back office area. When I've asked why other tellers weren't working the only response I'm given is they're on break.What manager would allow associates to go on break at peak business hours??Associate Sadaf is the rudest teller I've ever met. She refuses to count money in front of you, will not bundle money in paperclips/bands, and will dismiss you to call the next person in line before you can even put away your money.This location is so poorly managed and still accepts appointments made online for other services. Why would this location who can't keep up with day to day standard deposits/withdrawals due "short staffing/call outs" as I'm constantly told by the team further increase the wait times of customers by taking 1 of the 2 available tellers away for these services?This location is the closet branch to my business and I dread coming here. Major time management, scheduling and overall management changes are needed ASAP.

I got everything I needed in 1 go, personal loan, they opened me a checking account, a credit card, they solved an issue with my debit card and I got a cashier's check, everything done there. Got them done in 45 min total, I mean....

The customer service at this branch is awful! They cannot open an account but instead tell you to make an appointment. Then when you arrive for this appointment, they will tell you they don't have any appointments scheduled. The tellers are rude and disrespectful. I went to open an account for my brother but instead will be closing my account with them. I am disappointed!

Do not get US bank accounts, you will deal with Low end clerks with bad attitudes to threaten you for sending you again for an appointment.Bad people work here!

I called the branch interested in starting banking with them. Someone answer the phone and said: "thanks for calling please hold" and there was 37 minutes of wait before the call drop. I called again and a automated message doesn't let me connect to the local branch. That was enough for me to decide not to move forward. A customer waiting 37 minutes to o have someone over the phone or a automated system that makes harder to connect with the bank doesn't seem like a good deal. I'm on the watch for a bank with real customer service.

This bank/us bank in general stole my money when I closed my account they keep lying saying they mailed a check and won't actually mail it. I'll call and they'll pretend they're transferring me to someone to get it reordered then hang up on me. They're scandalous theifs I'm glad I closed my account and now I'll have to sue for my remaining balance as well as anything else I can since you wouldn't just give me my money.

The staffs are very kind and knowledgeable. That is the only branch i go to. They always go above and beyond to help customers and has a great teamwork.
