Super rude. Called and explained my situation and told me to come in it wouldn’t be an issue and I could be assisted. I arrive they claim I never called and the short heavy Hispanic manager came over demanding to see my phone. Will be closing my account as they treated me with much disrespect.

Ms Betsy Lindsey is a 5 star performer for US Bank and is a pleasant sight to see when I come thru the doors at US Bank to take care of my financial businesses, she is like a mother and friend when conducting my transactions making sure every little detail is covered, also her suggestions and advice come in so handy and appropriate making sure I'm completely satisfied with all my banking needs, when I walk through those doors on my way out I am banking worries free and able to focus on my daily life and enjoy the rest of my day thanks to the professional attitude along with her banking knowledge and beautiful attitude! Ms Lindsey is an asset to USBank and one of the reasons why I still Bank at US Bank! I have to mention that I read thru some of her reviews and was appalled when I saw a customer using the black race card on her! Obviously she was there to push her own objective and not there for banking! How dare her accuse Ms Lindsey of Racism shame on that narrow minded Black woman! Ms Betsy Lindsey is also a women of color like the one accusing her of Racist behavior! Shame on her!

The customer service on this branch is poor/worst. I talked to Ismael Higareda Nmls 1628645 because of bank charges I had been charged after closing my account and the guy was rude and said he couldnt even help/talk after he tried to tell me he couldnt even see the account. So I called their headquarters and they wiped the charges since it was not supposed to happen and said they were going to do an investigation. Stay away from this location and make complaints to state for any violations please

I own a SAG-AFTRA franchised agency and opened a U.S. Bank account in early 2020 to deposit the residual checks that come in for our talent (per SAG requirements). I have been making bi-weekly deposits at this branch (and others) since the accounts inception, and I've never had an issue. I tried to deposit around $10k today in residual checks, and the teller treated me as if I was committing check fraud! Instead of asking me about my business and the deposits I was making, or simply checking my account history, he took my checks and went in the back to speak to his supervisor. Then he came back, wouldn't communicate the issue to me directly, and made me wait for over 25-minutes while he sat on hold with another US Bank representative on the telephone. The representative on the phone was not able to assist him, and basically told him to follow standard protocol with my deposits. Apparently they would not deposit any checks because the checks were addressed to my talent directly with a C/O my agency. Our agency has Check Authorization forms for every single talent we represent (per SAG rules). I have made several deposits at this branch and NEVER had an issue. When I asked the teller why I have never had an issue in the past making these deposits, he told me he was the only person at the bank who is actually "doing his job." Then he continued to boast about his work history at Bank of America before coming to US Bank. He wasted my time and made me feel like a crook. There is a Chase Bank directly across the street, go there! I opened a Chase Platinum Business account there last summer. They offer incredible customer service, zero headache, and treat their business customers like gold. I just emailed my banker to open a new account and move my money over asap. Don't bank here.

Just rating 5☆'s for the plain & simple reason that the drive up ATM is able to dispense $5 at a time, which personally I don't ALWAYS want a $20 bill or increments of 20. Sometimes it's nice to have some smaller bills on hand and I recommend the ATM @ this branch highly. As for the bank itself, I'm sorry but i cant say I've ever stepped foot in the door.

Betsy needs a talking to. My husband and I came in to deposit checks from Ticor and she literally called and asked them if they really wrote the checks to us. She stated she also wanted to make sure she had enough money in her till for her customers should we decide to cash the checks received. I guess a black persons account at this bank doesn’t count as a customer. Hey Betsy remember that black people have the ability to make more than McDonalds wages.

I have been working with U.S. Bank's fraud department on a claim that U.S. Bank has had issues resolving. Their internal communication between departments is HORRIBLE. After several days on the phone one of their operators recommended that I meet with a representative at a physical branch to discuss the issue.I met with Shirley at this location and she was nothing but unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive about the issue. She stopped nothing short of calling me a liar. She went as far as to say, "you will not get your money back because this isn't a fraud case." I HAVE ACTUAL CASE NUMBERS from the fraud department about this issue. Judging by how the rest of the case has been handled by U.S. Bank I doubt this review will have any effect. Avoid U.S. Bank and especially this branch.

Drive up atm has been down about two weeks. You can go inside but they can't help you deposit money or get money either cuz their vault is broken. Why do these people have jobs here ? Just stay closed till you can handle a job

I live closer to another branch, but drive to this one due to their customer service. One employee - I believe his name is Cameron (sorry, my old brain isn't 100% positive I remember his name correctly)- is such a positive and helpful person. I have interacted with him a handful of times and he is always smiling and seems genuinely happy to help you. He is an asset to this company!! I hope they appreciate him.
