So frustrating that there is a drive up ATM that NEVER works... Then I get out and walk up to the walk up ATM and that one NEVER works. I guess I am the ridiculous one because I keep hoping. It would be so convenient. But never. And as I see in your reviews, looks like it happens not only to me. Just fix this ATM. This is my route that I take every day and I need this ATM to work. There are millions of ATMs in the world that work consistently every single day, but for some reason your two ATMs NEVER WORK. Please fix this, I beg you it's so frustrating

People like Ana are the reason why I’ll never stop banking with us bank. I needed a large sum of money asap and Anna stated they didn’t have enough at the brand but instead of turning me away, she called dozens of branches nearby and solved the issue. She’s amazing! I love the level of care us bank puts into its customers!

Drive thru was out of order. Made an ATM deposit in front the branch to pay all my monthly bills instead. ATM was malfunctioning as well and I will not receive credit for up to 10 days for all the money deposited. No sense of urgency here . Why hiring a ATM vendor when you can’t credit your clients sooner or have someone out to fix the atm and get people’s money out quicker. It’s quite shocking. And please don’t tell me to go to the branch or call US Bank as a response for this review. Done all that with no better result. Your policy needs to change!

Wish I could give zero stars, as this branch is staggeringly incompetent. They are pleasant enough until they have to do actual banking beyond the strictly mundane, or what an ATM can do. Then the wheels fall off. They are as incompetent as they are overconfident. I just had a 'banker' who didn't even understand what Government saving bonds are, or even that they are bonds (the clue is in the name). They don't keep appointments, don't call back when they commit to do so, they have to call head office for help for even the most basic banking tasks. As a bank auditor for 5 years, I've never encountered anything quite like it. To be fair, the manager wasn't there, but he or she needs to put someone in there with at least basic knowledge and some experience when they are not there. Truly awful. No, worse than awful, and a total waste of time.

Why have a drive-thru ATM if you can't pull cash out from it. The whole point is so I don't have to get out of my car and I can be on my way faster. If the machine's out of money then a sign should be put up. You should have some communication to your customers. The lack of any communication from what is supposed to be a serious business especially a bank which is highly trusted is incredibly infuriating.

I opened an account with US BANK for the first time because the interest rate on the money market account was good. Matthew at the counter was very pleasant and answered all my questions clearly. The process was very smooth. I'm glad Matthew is working here!!

ATM ate $120.00. Stated "error occured" contacted the bank the next day and filed a claim. I was told that they would issue a credit that would take 1-2 days. It's been a week and nothing has posted. Called customer service and they said that my bank informed me wrong. The credit takes up to 10 days and the investigation takes up to 45 days! Went into my bank and they again said 1-2 days. I haven't been with this bank long. I opened a joint account with my wife. I was reluctant to transfer my business bank over because of the issues I have had with wait times, ATMs, etc. Thankfully I didn't. I tried to remove myself from the account and they said we would both have to go down there. I guess they get to inconvenience me one last time. The staff at the bank are sweet but everything else is absolutely horrible. Can't wait to quit them. But I guess that will have to wait until we can both get down there.

Working with Dwight, Stacy, and the entire team has been an absolute pleasure. Although I acknowledge that there have been instances when the wait time was longer than ideal, I want to emphasize that this should never be attributed to the direct staff. On the contrary, their exceptional attitudes during moments of high stress have only deepened my appreciation for them. I am incredibly grateful to US Bank on Fort Apache for consistently going above and beyond!

The MARIA SOTO gal on the front door is so rude. I had called ahead in time for a service to make sure I won't be charged, I rushed there and she rudely said that no you will be charged and that you just can't get not charged. She then proceeded to make sure the person I spoke to also tried all Avenues to charge me. The person said he checked with the manager and can do it without the charge but she continued to be condescending. The rest of the two people I worked with were nice. They should put her on the back, she not a person you should be meeting once you enter. She just chit chats with someone she knows. Horrible service

I've been to this branch so many times to cash my husband's US Bank paycheck that is issued by US Bank. He has his business account with them. Since this branch is the closest to home I always go here to cash his check and to do many transactions. I do go to other branches too to cash my husbands US Bank paycheck. So today was no different entering into this branch to cash his check: my husband is the only account holder for his business account but we are both on our personal checking account. I requested that his check to be available as I've done all the time. My teller was Avi. I told her it is a US bank paycheck of my husband which his business account is with you guys. She looked at the Check and said she can't make the check available unless my husband is with me. I asked her why? She said as long as I want it available today he has to be present: I told her that I've done this many times and never had an issue until today. She then asked the teller next to her Maria. She too said the same thing. I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor. They both said that there was no one in to speak me but to come back tomorrow. I asked if they could call another branch to verify since I've cashed his checks at other locations, they said no. They told me the policy changed and I said since last month??? Maria said it changes all the time. They both told me I could drive to another branch to cash his check. Why? I'm there and all they needed to do was call. Anyways, I did go to another branch and yes, they cashed it without problems. I told the teller what happened, the teller said, I was right since my husband is on both accounts. I wasted gas and time to go to another branch, if Maria and Avi just called another branch I would've avoided time and gas. Thanks Maria and Avi for not listening to a loyal customer and for not trying to help.oh and by the way I had to click 1 star but if I didn't have to, I would've left if as 0 stars.
