Use a different branch. The manager here is a stone cold, uncaring woman. I had forgotten that. I didn't ask for enough of what I needed from a different branch so came here. Ms. Manager lectured me on not keeping paper copies of my statements from years past and told me that US Bank has no obligation to allow me access to a closed account online either. I think my issue is a US Bank glitch but what do I know. These statements are only 2 years old. I never received paper copies and most of us don't anymore. So I left her branch and called the 800 number. The docs were emailed to me within minutes at no cost. Other branches were also willing to help me at no cost. Just not this one.

ATM outside always broken and they installed a new ATM machine recently and it's not even working, I went there two days in a row and there no " out of order " sign.

The manager of the branch refused to give me money from my account. I had all the proper ID verification and account info. Been a customer for 10 years. They also shut down my debit card so I couldn’t use at atm’s. Never at any bank have I ever been treated so badly by a bank manager. After calling customer service they explained there was no reason for her to refuse to give me money from my account. This is blatant profiling from the manager. I was treated like a criminal and will never go bank to that branch or any us bank again. I would advise anyone not to do business at this US bank location or consider banking with a bank that actually cares for their customers.

The African American young lady who is a teller is absolutely horrible at customer service. Gave my husband a hard time while he was asking a simple question. Latricia was her name. Sounded to me like she had an attitude because he was white, a little profiling going on. Luckily for us, we don't bank here and never will.

Came in for a new debit card. I'm always greeted by the bank agents when I walk it. Rarely a line. Small quaint branch. Took less then 5mins for a temporary card. Super nice customer service. Received my new card by UPS within 2 days!Thanks US Bank

My daughter made a desposit With US Bank AFTER WAITING SEVERAL WEEKS to obtain the funds! I'm a nurse in hospital with Covid as well as a client with BANK OVER 30yr was Told that all over drafts fees would be canceled as well! None of this was done and it took several weeks to receive funds!!! The Worst customer service ever

This branch is useless and very unhelpful! The branch manager didn't want to help me solve my problem at all and instead wanted to emphasize on me getting an overdraft fee if I don't make a deposit when the transaction error was their fault. I felt her judging and look down at me based off of my account not knowing my true history and just rather eye roll and try and sound smart even tho the error was theirs. Won't go to that branch again and I hope to switch banks soon. I was contacted and told I would be helped but that never happened and told I have to wait 7 days to get my check because they assume it's fraud even tho the check has already been deducted from my father's account. I can't wait to switch banks. If someone from social media calls you and promises you that they're going to help you don't believe them just hang up the call.

Thank you, thank you, thank you drive-thru tellers for your help! I didn't catch the name of the lady teller that helped me get a temporary card, but she is an angel, truly!I had a really unique situation where I didn't have all the materials to get a temporary card, but she was willing to work with me. She didn't simply give me a temporary card carelessly, but diligently vetted me to ensure I was who I claimed I was. I had gone through a stressful situation with another bank that made me feel hopeless I'd be able to have access to my money for a while, but the teller was very clear and understanding of what was going on. They know what they're doing here.Thanks so much again.

I'm not sure who had the bright idea of opening the branches at 11pm meanwhile limiting wire transfers to 3:30 CT.. real convenient for customers to have a small window..

Worst customer service just experienced with eye rolls and attitude in how the tellers treated me. Can not wait to move my family out of this bank! This particular location is filled with people who do look down on those who not like them and full of opinions without helping a situation that was started by the bank it's self.
