Customer Service is absolutely the worst! Had 2 separate occassions that were very important transactions and in both instances, the bankers/supervisors could not have been more difficult to deal with. I clearly provided direction with what was needed to add another person to the account which was in trust. Followed their instructions to the tee and after 3 months of multiple visits, phone calls, emails, involving attorney I finally accomplished this task. 2nd task was to close 2 security deposit boxes due to moving out of state. Called to see when lease expired. Made appt. to remove contents and close both boxes based on the date the banker gave only to find out the lease didn't expire for another 6 months. US Bank refused to refund the money for the unused time period left on the lease or still use the boxes that were already paid for. To put insult on top of injury, the supervisor, Ms. Simon kept bringing up the fact the the boxes were leased at a discount rate which had no bearing on the situation. They never answer their phone. The worst customer service EVER!

Very happy so far with my new account and so happy Tabitha fixed some issues I had! Alex was great as well with assisting me with the opening of my account. Everyone at this branch has so far been amazing and friendly. Thanks!

I called just to ask what they needed me to bring in to open a new business checking account, they couldn't answer my questions without me giving them all my info, then they just hung up. Ill take my business to another branch thank you.

Horrible Horrible Horrible disgusting customer service.All teller windows are blocked off so you cant see if ANYONE Is working.You go to the office and the person in jeans tells at you for coming to see her when you werent called to her office.I've had accounts with US Bank for over 20 years. I may close my accounts after the treatment by this branch.Stay away..stay far far FAR away from this placeDO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCHThey dont know what they're doing!!!

My experience is one out of a criminal movie!!It started by me being unable use use my ATM card and after getting them on the phone while waiting in line at this very awful unfriendly branch, I was told they flagged the card for a maybe fraud charge of $84 and changeI could not verify that this was fraud cause I could not reach my wife by ohone( very ill)So the woman in the fraud Dept said she couldn’t remove the hold on the ATM card until they can determine status. I said that’s ok cause I can just show my I’d and make a withdrawal no need to clear up tge ATM issue nowOk, I was talking loudly as I have severe gearing loss in both ears snd I’m sure it Anoyed the so call person in charge , who was not the managerI was becoming increasing agitated by the lack of service and the fact the line wasn’t movingThat’s when this woman can up to the people in line and asked what their business wasAnd I explained my issue , and she rudely said get back in line and wait your turn!I did but had conversation with another customer about issues with US Bank she immediately said I agree with everything you saidWell I finally reach the tellerFill out a withdrawal only to have her walk away and go get this other nasty employeeShe came to the window and said I had to come into her office( at that time I felt like a criminal)She said I would not be able to with money from my checking account until the fraud issue was fixedAnd I said that’s not the issue right nowI have money in my account and a ATM should not prevent me from making a withdrawal( that was verified by your fraud Dept who said the woman was in correct)I ask to speck to the manager and her reply was she’s not hereSo I asked her to call the fraud DeptWhich she immediately refusedAs anyone can imagine I was not completely frustrated as most seniors would beAnd she then said I don’t like your tone( yes I was probably loud but that’s do to me not being able to hear very well)And she then said if i continued with this issue she would call the policeI said go ahead, I hadn’t do e anything and she scream get out of my branch!!!At that point I complete lost my temper snd cussed at her while I walked out!!!Now what this vindictive woman has done is closed my account with no notice causing extreme hardship with all auto deposits and auto payAnd I have spent 5 hrs on the phone with different us bank people asking how can one person do this to a customer of 20 years and who’s had never been in her branch!!!!Anyone out the reading this. Rest assure it’s the complete truth, this woman is completely out of line snd yet US bank is going to allow this to happen and cause my family much grief and aggravation!!This should never have been allowed to happenI filed a complaint the day this happened to me with the fraud Dept and they assured me they would file a complaint against this woman!!! In my opinion, and other as us bank employees have agreedI have an appt with a branch manager at another location that I have know for ten years and see is going to try and help me, sh cannot believe this was done to myAs I had many appts with her during my time with herbranch(closed like many others)My name is David and I would encourage everyone who has had a bad experience with this branch to please speak out, what she did is criminal!!!

On Saturday, May 7, walked into cash a check at the U.S. Bank on Sahara and Durango. Approaching the back of the line noticed there were seven people ahead of me waiting while one gentleman was being helped at the counter. After waiting five minutes and the line still not moving I started to look at what was going on. Two girls standing behind the counter chatting it up with a young buffed male, not even talking about banking transactions. I got fed up and started to leave…old lady made the comment, you’re not waiting? I said definitely not their not interested in doing their job when they’re laughing it up with 8 people in line nor actually completing banking transactions.

☆May 2021☆Bank Manager Tabitha Dussin has zero customer service. She based her "up top" work to potential customers and customers by looks and what she is on that day. She is loud with ugly attitude (no professionalism) and it appears she hates her job. Her staff looks uneasy, like they dont want Tabitha to snap at them. Tabitha didn't know I heard what she said to my bank manager on the phone.

I have had good experiences here. My originating branch is Rainbow and Sahara, but when I go to Smith's, I use this location. Smith's has gone downhill, but US Bank has been good to me.

US bank is not the place to go if you want convenient banking options most of the branches are closed you have to go out of your way to find one that's open and they are only open in grocery stores that's ridiculous other banks are open but yet you guys still wanna inconvenience customers I think I'm gonna close my acct and go somewhere else anywhere is better then then US bank

This review isn't necessarily reflective on this branch but for US Bank in general. They are making banking with them so difficult. I understand that we're in a pandemic but there are so many ways to make banking safe and have everything open for your clients. But they are using this as an excuse to close branches and layoff employees. Screwing clients in the process. They won't have my business for much longer.
