This location is in Smith's. I came here with only one person working in the front, so I had a few minutes' wait but nothing unreasonable. The teller was friendly and helped me complete my transaction quickly.

Customer service at the Southern Highlands branch is outstanding. The bankers are polite and kind. I have been to other branches and did not receive the same treatment. I 100% recommend this location for all banking needs.

Service has really declined. I miss the days when they had people working in the branch and they recognized you as a customer. Malcolm was one of the best managers at this location.

Was persuaded into applying for a credit card by the branch manager here. When asked I first said no and that I was rebuilding credit. She asked my score and after telling her she told me my chances were really high even with my score due to the fact I've been a US bank member for so long. Was not approved and will be taking a hit on my score after rebuilding it for about a year now. I understand they have quotas but to persuade and lie after saying no seems a little unprofessional coming from a bank.

We recently went to this Southern Highlands branch location to open a joint account between myself and my son. It was the only time we both could go together. We felt bad because it was a multi-step process and with only 20 minutes before closing we knew we were holding the employees up. Nonetheless, our banker, Marvel Johnson and his co-worker Pancho Nachev we're so accommodating. They were all smiles, lighthearted and pleasant throughout. We didn't feel rushed at all. Marvel made sure I was aware of other products available to me. He was joking with us and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. If you would like to get personalized service with a smile, go see these guys. It just puts a personal touch to banking that often lacks these days. Way to give excellent customer service!

I opened a bank account here a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that it was literally one of the best banking experiences I've ever had! Leila provided some of the best customer service skills I've seen in any organization and US Bank is lucky to have her. She was well versed in the products the bank offered and guided me in the right direction that fit my needs. She chatted happily with me while she was opening my account and the time flew. I was in and out before I new it! Well done!

Branch manager is extremely kind and goes the extra mile. Customer service has been great by the three people I've dealt with. I would recommend this branch to any US Banker.

they have the slowest service ever. i have an existing acct and it took 30mins to deposit a check?! seriously?!
