Have been banking here for some time. I really enjoy dealing with the team here. Whether it is a simple matter or something that requires more attention the team here always give it there all. Everyone from Josh to Eric and Noel they are always top notch and always make you feel like nothing is too much.

"WARNING: My 91-year old brother, KA's account at U.S. Bank was hacked to the tune of about $84,000. U.S. Bank has over the past year piecemeal refunded $50,000+-, whereas according to U.S. Bank's own literature they should have refunded the full amount within 45 days. Apparently there is no fraud prevention software in place and customer service actually insisted that I use snail mail to contact them. We've filed all the required forms and after nearly a year of attempts to get the rest of his money back, U.S. Bank is just stonewalling us.

For over 6 months I had attempted to make a change to my online banking. In the last 2 months I had visited 3 different branches for assistance. Some multiple times. All said they had fixed my problem; all were wrong. I finally made it back to this branch (my old home banking location) and Jezzica went well above and beyond. She called the online team in front of me and ensured the proper changes would be made within 5 business days. Sure enough today my problem is fixed and I once again have access to the app. The customer service at this branch has always been amazing and Jezzica reminded me of why it should be the only branch I go to.

I think this isn't an actual bank. Two people at desks opening new accounts and guy at counter helping someone on the phone with multiple calls working on someone's credit card and accounts. Been here waiting and watching for 15 minutes. Video upon request.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Today I entered the branch and stood for 12 minutes while two male tellers completely ignored me. They were not waiting on other clients and there was no one else in line. They both looked up several times but neither of them even acknowledged my presence. It's time for my family and I to take our business where we will be valued!

I have been a long term US Bank customer for 10 years now relocating from California to this location has really been a horrible experience, when I walk in I'm never greeted, It's a huge problem for any business that works with the public, Find a different branch to do business with because this location feels so entitled to our business they don't have to speak to their customers who have been long term with them, And the rudest girls name is Gabby, steer clear from her and her bad attitude.

I’ve banked here since the first brick was put down. I was proud to call this my home bank. I’ve owned 3 homes up here, raised 5 kids and used to love the staff, but for the last 4 years the service is down right horrible. Two tellers friendly, others disrespectful. Branch Mgr is hardly out of his office to relate to his community and not friendly. I’ve tried to borrow $12k twice and $10 in my checking. They love your money but won’t give you any.
