ATM DOESN’T WORK , THERE ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT, US BANK IS NO LONGER GIVING US A GOOD SERVICE AS IT USED TO, I HAVE TO DRIVE MILES TO FIND A ATM. ?????????

First I'll say this was before Covid so don't Blair the spread. Twice now I've had money stolen from this ATM with witnesses and bank tellers to help me. I've lost over $100 yet the institute cannot track or find it! Such bs, this company makes trillions a year yet steals from the working class. GET A NEW DAMN ATM MACHINE CHEAPOS!!!! I've requested my money back so many times and you have failed me!

This is a terrible service all the time when I'm there there not smiling not even says hi and they are first instead the customers there ABSOLUTELY NOT NICE.

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! If I could place no stars I would. I walked to a window that appeared opened, the lady never acknowledged me. I then said hello, after 1 min standing there. She then, RUDELY, says, 'NO! I'm not ready!' I go back 2 wait on the other teller 2 finish w/ his client. After waiting 10 mins, another teller walks up & says their system just crashed & ask what I needed, I told her I was getting a money order. She points & says, 'they (Smith's) have money orders', walks away starts speaking in Spanish & smiling to another customer walking up. I wait to ask if "they" will give me a money order we/ my US Bank card. She looks at me as if I'm an idiot & says, yes, very condescending & proceeds to walk off. I tell her she didn't have t to be rude & she says, rudely, "I wasn't rude!" I gave her a crash course on customer service. I am a Nurse, CEO & President of the local chapter of an International Nursing Organization & most importantly a customer with a personal 2 business accounts. Her name was s Karen Chavez & she needs customer relations training.
