My review concerns U.S. Banks’ ATMs that are dreadfully displaceable and function as robbers with no gun as they took the money I deposited twice! U.S. Bank’s ATMs are so untrustworthy and error-prone that every ATM should be outlawed and shut down city-wide until they replace their ATMs with ones that won't steal customer’s deposits.I attempted to deposit 400.00 into the drive-thru ATM at this branch’s location, only for the tray to remain open and a “please empty the tray” message to appear. I hurriedly grabbed my money because I recall receiving that exact message from an ATM at a North Las Vegas U.S. Bank branch that stole my 100.00 deposit and spit out a general error receipt. I took my 400.00, thinking I dodged a bullet and went to the stand-up ATM at this branch and deposited my money. The machine seemed to count the money and shortly after that spit out a general error receipt informing me that my money could neither be deposited nor returned! What are the odds that one ATM would attempt to steal my money and another would succeed at stealing my money back to back within minutes?!I called customer service to report the ATM took my money, and the delightful phone representative informed me that since I used the stand-up ATM connected to the bank, I would likely receive a refund in two business days instead of ten business days had I lost my money at the drive-thru ATM. It seemed that losing my money in the stand-up ATM was a blessing in disguise! However, when I phoned the branch, I found out this location does not service their ATM, so I would have to wait up to ten business days to receive a 400.00 provisional credit! The ATM took seconds to steal my money, and I had to wait up to ten business days to get my money back! That’s unacceptable. They should issue me a provisional credit immediately, and then they can investigate why an ATM malfunctioned for the umpteenth time.U.S. Bank's ATMs stealing customers’ money is a rampant issue. I had a total of 500.00 stolen. However, the ATMs have attempted to take my money at least five more times! I recognized the error message, so I snatched my money back, thwarting several ATM robbery attempts.I understand we live in a technology-reliant world, and machines will malfunction. However, when machines malfunction with regularity, something needs to be done. U.S. Bank needs to fire the third-party company that services the machines, replace all their ATMs, and shorten their provisional credit time to immediate or no more than two business days.I want to discourage all U.S. Bank customers from depositing money into ATMs. You’re taking a significant risk of not getting your money deposited. Additionally, U.S. Bank will wait closer to the maximum of ten business days as they show no urgency to issue a provisional credit.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by US Bank, particularly the encounter I had with one of their employees, Destinee. My recent experience with Destinee while attempting to process a wire transfer was nothing short of appalling. Her demeanor was consistently rude, and her conduct left much to be desired. We have dealt with this individual on MULTIPLE instances.What struck me the most was Destinee's insistence on gathering an excessive amount of information for a simple wire transfer. Her request for unnecessary details not only delayed the process but also created a sense of discomfort and unease. This is in stark contrast to a previous experience I had with the branch manager, who efficiently handled a similar transaction with professionalism and courtesy.It is evident that Destinee lacks the basic understanding of customer service and fails to prioritize the needs of clients. Her attitude suggests a lack of passion for her role and a disregard for the satisfaction of customers. It is disheartening to interact with someone who appears to resent their job.I strongly advise against engaging with Destinee or relying on US Bank's services if you seek a pleasant and efficient banking experience. It is regrettable that such a prominent financial institution allows individuals like Destinee to represent them. If Destinee finds no joy in serving customers, perhaps it is time for her to explore other career opportunities.Considering the MULTIPLE negative encounters I've had with Destinee, I am seriously contemplating closing my accounts with US Bank. It is unacceptable for a bank to tolerate employees who consistently fail to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I urge US Bank to take appropriate measures to address these issues and ensure that all customers receive the quality service they deserve.

So far not impressed with this U.S Bank Branch. We have multiple accounts with U.S. Bank and 1 is a Non Profit. Still waiting over 3 days for a call from the branch manager for our new business account. And we just moved into the area. Have never had to stand in line for a counter person for personal banker!!!!! ?

I'm literally getting ready to close my account with US bank because of the ATM issues. I just deposited money and mid transaction the atm went black and shut down. Now I have to file a claim to get my money. IM OVER THIS BANK AND THIS BRANCH!

I have banked with US for more than a decade, it's super easy to access my account from the app, there are tons of branches around my home including inside stores which makes it super convenient. However, this particular branch's ATM is always full, whenever I go to deposit money it's 9 out 10 times not accepting cash which can be frustrating. If they could empty the cash more often it would be a game changer because this location is super convenient.

Absolute Worst Banking Experience. Wrongly accused me of Fraud. Put my First check on hold for two weeks. Then proceed to do the same on my Second check. My suppose to be Banker Michael Irish did not respond in a timely manner nor did customer support. Would not recommend.

Highly do not recommend this brand. No one knows what they are doing including the branch manager Danielle. She is condescending and rude, talks over you, and clearly thinks she’s in a position of power where she can speak to her customers anyone she chooses. She is not customer service oriented at all. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch!

Here I am first In line for 5 minutes plus - very conservative estimate- after the standard "we will be with you in a moment". There are two tellers and neither is serving anyone in a line of 5 people. Exactly how long is a moment? Oh and three cars got served at the drive through. Normally this branch is average but a fail today- in all fairness it appeared one of the two tellers was dealing with an issue that was taking up his full attention and the other appeared to be working an issue For another customer who was sitting in the lobby. BUT STILL- just how long is a "moment"? I give myself one star too for even attempting to Come here on a Saturday one hour before closing - that's feedback for me.

Do not bank here if you ever plan on depositing cash! Nothing against the staff but the ATM is always full. Whoever is managing this needs to be replaced because it's being handled terribly. Its to the point that we're going to close our account. This is the only bank I've ever experienced this with. Add another day to your ATM servicing. How hard could it be?

Came here to write a check to pay my rent for my apartment. From the start I felt like I was being racially profiled. Got asked multiple times if I know where the money if my account came from. OF COURSE I DO ITS MY ACCOUNT. Then when she came back to finally give me the check, she once again asked while holding MY check to her chest. I once again said where it came from. I then asked if she thinks I’m lying. She nervously laughs and says “hahaha no i think people think that because I’m friendly”. No, you were far from friendly lady. I won’t be going back to that lady and if I knew her name I would definitely post it.
